Almost no cooking pots nor utensils. Refrigerator didnt work well. We ended up using the freezer as the Refrigerator for meat and produce. We didnt complain though as they were always busy.

The room that we booked was terrible! So far in Vietnam that's the worst room we have had. We upgraded our room without any discount even if that room was flooding when there was heavy rain. Hardly to communicate with the staff.
