I’ve been to Danang several times in the last 2 years. I stay in several different hotels each visit, rarely repeat hotels in successive trips. I usually look for the very highly rated ones with over 100 reviews and crosscheck with Google and other sites. This was my first time at Thi Boutique. I don’t know how I previously missed this hotel, which has a 9.4 Booking.com rating and over 700 reviews. It is about a 5-minute walk from the beach. There is a beautiful patio and garden area, with occasional visiting birds, well maintained by Nha, the owner, who spends a lot of time and effort each day on the garden. My room, a king with garden view, was very clean and reasonably priced. I had one of the best breakfasts since arriving in Danang a few weeks ago: a very tasty bahn mi sandwich, wonderful noodle soup, and juices, tea, and coffee. It also came with lots of delicious fruit. It is so peaceful here. There is an observed quiet time at night; and there is no traffic noise because the hotel is not near a main road. Everything was superb, including the service from Mr Nha. Additionally, I was allowed a slightly early check-in and a slightly late check-out; and Nha offered to assist me with my heavy luggage when my driver arrived. He is the best.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but overall our stay was perfect!

Breakfast was wonderful and I looked forward to it each morning. The property is also nestled within many plants and trees that made the scenery around the hotel much more vibrant and green. Nothing, I think my day was absolutely perfect.

Thi Boutique was two blocks away from the beach which was perfect! The staff were nice and friendly. We loved the breakfast and the front courtyard - it’s so lush and cute! Felt like a quiet, cozy oasis amongst the big skyscrapers. Wish we had longer here!

The owner and staff were really approachable and did their best to accommodate us as best as they can. It was easy also to roam around Da Nang with a big group using their rental cars.

Our stay at Thi Boutique Villa was truly exceptional—we enjoyed every moment and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a choice of freshly made Asian or American dishes. It was so much better than a typical buffet—everything felt thoughtful and delicious. The villa’s proximity to the beach is perfect. We highly recommend heading out early, around 5:30–6:30 a.m., to enjoy the cool morning air and experience the beach alongside the local community. It’s a special, memorable way to start the day. If you have the chance, spend some time in the beautiful garden as well. It’s a peaceful spot to relax and connect with other guests, which added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. If you get a chance, visit the Dy Cake Shop nearby. Also try the craft beer they have in their fridge. Some of the best I tasted. Especially the Milk Stout. You won't be disappointed.

I had great expectations for this hotel, rather give my money to a family run place than a large hotel. Although I had a bit of a problem with my room and decided to leave early, the owner was very responsive and did the unexpected and refunded my money for the night. I would try this lovely place again given the location and particularly the kindness of the owners.
