Location is good Dirty bed sheets and towels, key is not secured when locking room. Smells like mold.

Great location. Had a fridge. Good shower water pressure. Didn't run out of hot water. Thats nice. Air con was weak and old. The room was very warm and humid from the shower room and from the temperature. Made the room so warm. I also didnt like that during around Tet... the owner of the hotel had many family members and/or friends come over to the hotel and they were all loud and crazy in the lobby... the lobby is small and a place of business... not a family reunion. These people had very stressed faces and not friendly at all. Made our hotel stay uncomfortable. They also proceeded to burn "fake cash" as a Tet ritual of some kind. Made the hotel, and the area smoky and polluted. I coughed a bit. I dont see how polluting the air is something positive, but okay.

Close to everything in Danang. Very comfortable and very good value for money. Great atmosphere

Nothing to like Messy! Not clean at all. Smelly! Even though I let the room door and window open, on the AC but couldn’t get rid of the humidity smell. If someone will smoke in their bathroom, upper floor or down floor, you will get the smell inside your bathroom and of course inside your room (that’s how I woke up one morning) I did ask four times for cleaning the room, which supposed to be cleaned every day bcz it’s a “hotel”. Then I witnessed changing the sheets and see what I did realize on the pictures. OMG ! Neither the pillows nor the blankets has been washed for years!!!

Convenient location They woke me up at 6AM , for a VISA CHECK! There was noise from construction workers throughout the day.

Nothing really. Very humid, lots of idols and little shrines everywhere, dark and gloomy, very spiritually loaded

Nothing Smellinh room like someone smoking

The room had no toiletries and the hotel doesn't offer daily cleaning. There were barking dogs on the hallway on the level above us. The hotel is more than 600 meters from the beach. We left early and booked another hotel.

I have arrived at 2Am AND they denied to give the room even after booking

was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel looks neglected and poorly maintained, and the room condition does not meet even basic expectations. — Dirty walls with stains, water marks, and signs of mold — Peeling paint and damaged plaster — Old, dusty furniture and appliances — Dirty windows and a constant feeling of dampness — Elevator and common areas look unhygienic — The room feels abandoned rather than comfortable — Mini fridge and tea area look like they haven’t been cleaned for years It feels like cleaning is either done very superficially or not done at all. The photos on booking websites are highly misleading and do not reflect the real condition of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic living standards. The price is absolutely not justified.

Excellent for the cost. 5 minute walk to main bar streets. And they have a super cool lobby!

Not bad for a one-night stay

I liked the fact that the room was large It was not clean at all. the towel were durty the floor durty the blanket durty

The hotel is in a good location, it's cheap, and it's probably quieter than most places when there is no construction work going on. The hotel is undergoing renovations. There were constant drilling noises right next to my room starting at 07:30 am. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom (because there's no window), and the ventilation system has a layer of pitch-black filth all over it. All in all, the noise was terrible, so I couldn't sleep, and the air in the room was full of mold and filth. Also, there is a tiny window in the room which is blocked by a newly-constructed concrete wall, so there is no sunlight and the window cannot be opened. All in all, the photos are a 100% lie and the hotel is so unsanitary that it shouldn't be alowed to stay open, in my opinion.

Everything about the hotel is good except for... There are three construction sites - 2 next door to the hotel and one in front. The construction noise starts at 7am and the noise is terrible. I wake at 6am so it's no problem but you cannot relax in your room during the day. If it wasn't for the construction noise i would give this place a 10.

Quick check-in. cozy room. There is a shower gel/body wash bottle but it's almost empty and the hotel did not re-fill it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It’s basically next to a building site. From 6/7am to sometimes 10pm there was loud banging, drilling and the use of power tools. Ear buds and even apple sound cancelling headphones could not stop the noise it is that loud. Everything

Construction works started at 7am so didn't get a proper night's sleep for the 2 nights I stayed. It was relentless banging from 7 am until 5pm both days. Also the room smelled of damp when the window was shut probably because the design of the shower makes it so water goes everywhere. Lamp was broken also. I felt trapped here because of the construction works... I know it's not exactly their fault but after two nights of no sleep I don't really care.
