Good location, large room Not very clean

We spent four weeks in a studio apartment and we absolutely loved our stay. The location was great and on a less busy street than some in the area. The space worked perfectly for us and we loved our mornings and evenings on the balcony. The staff was very kind and always responsive. We hope to return next year and would love to have our exact apartment! The bed was a little hard but that is common in this part of the world. We still slept great

This is our third time visiting a Lagom property (twice at the other location and first time here). Da Nang has changed quickly over the last few years but the Lagom properties have always been a nice, comfortable, familiar place to stay, and we have always found the staff super helpful and friendly over the years. The rooms are fitted with everything for a relaxing, clean, and quiet stay. The balconies are a nice feature but are also visibly open to the neighboring balcony. The washing machine on the balcony is super convenient and includes powder detergent and a drying rack. There are ceiling fans, an oscillating fan (moveable), and A/C. The room includes sheer curtains and blackout curtains. Each side of the bed was equipped with a nightstand, but only one side included power outlets for charging. We have found the beds at the Lagom properties super comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need (including water sprayer), although I might prefer the other property's enclosed shower as opposed to this one's open bath/shower (no curtain), as I usually tried to keep the rest of the bathroom (including towels and toilet paper) dry when I showered. The lobby usually had guests playing games at night during our week stay but glass helped keep the noise down. There is an elevator as well as stairs for access. Just around the corner is Bamboo Bob for coffee or wine or working, which is a place we usually hit up daily when we stay in Da Nang. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Location, the room was as advertised, nice room. Quite area close to everything Only 2 chairs at pool and both were broken. Towels were in poor shape A bit of mild in tub Outside area was dirty, while properties on either side of hotel were kept tidy Had to request water and coffee daily

The pool was perfect in the morning to early afternoon when the sun hit it, it was refreshing and very clean. You could get your room cleaned every day if that's your thing. They did offer water bottles and coffee and fresh towels when they cleaned your room. I think that they need to have pool towels at the pool and I think they need to have some loungers up there for people to enjoy the pool and the outdoor area. They had one nice lounger and one broken down wooden lounger and that's it up there. I do believe they need to put a caution sign on the stairs it is extremely slippery when it's wet! I think if you're offering a kitchenette then you need to have kitchen towels and more things to cook on it was very very limited to what was available in the kitchen area. The balcony in the picture looks like the one on the 8th floor but the other levels have a tiny skinny balcony that is not pictured in the pictures on the booking website. For the money I believe they should have some newer towels ours were pretty worn out and the sheets were pretty worn out also. But if you're on a budget it is what it is.

The location is great and the bed is comfortable. I've stayed here before and enjoyed it, but I assumed the issues that I noticed years ago would have been addressed by now, but they were not. The shower only has hot water for about 4 minutes, the place can get quite damp feeling in the rainy season so I fear for mold. Lastly when I was there I would fill my water bottle up in the lobby to save on plastic bottles, but one day they denied me as they had leased the lobby to someone to install a restaurant. This also provided a strange atmosphere both with construction and the overall 'vibe' of the place. While the staff was always lovely, it just didn't have a welcoming feeling as a result of the lobby takeover.

We LOVED our stay here! Really clean and spacious apartment, balcony was nice, had good shelves and storage in the room so you could properly unpack. Fast and stable WIFI and great location, lots of cafes nearby and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! The shower flooded the bathroom, need to install a screen or shower curtain

Good location. Friendly staff. Not very busy street, lots of options for food and massage. And not far from other side of the river to go with Grab. Many buildings were renovated near by and can hear the construction work noises in the morning (okt. 2025)

Prime location, spacious and stylish apartments. Fully equipped, comfy, and we felt right at home. The staff were amazing too. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this property 3 times and every time it was such an amazing experience. Beautiful spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Perfect location. We highly recommend this place. They truly know how to treat their guests. That I couldn’t stay longer because it was booked…? lol

The draining system don’t work properly. I asked for fixing and they told me they will fix it, but in 4 days during our stay they didn’t mention anything and also didn’t fix the draining system.

Excellent Location: The hotel is in a very convenient location, offering easy access to famous tourist attractions and My Khe Beach. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby, giving our family plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Clean Rooms: I was genuinely satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. It was thoroughly cleaned, the furnishings and equipment were quite new, and everything was arranged neatly and tidily. This created a very comfortable and reassuring feeling during our stay. This was the aspect that left us a bit disappointed. Although there were no major issues, I felt that the staff were not particularly enthusiastic or friendly. The welcome and assistance felt rather perfunctory and didn't create a warm or cared-for atmosphere.

We loved it so much we extended our stay another 10 days!! Nothing.

As its name Lagom, the studio is perfectly enough for 2 of us and my 3-year-old son. About 500m to the beach. Don’t offer the breakfast; but you dont need it because you can find everything for breakfast (also for the whole day) in this area. They have kitchen, fridge, a washing machine. You can also enjoy a morning coffee in the private balcony with a view to the far-away mountain. Highly recommend. The bathtub is a little too high for a Vietnamese woman like me.

we took a 2 bedroom apartment with Lagom and happy with the services and facilities 1.⁠ ⁠Washing machine and clothes stand helped us manage our laundry. 2.⁠ ⁠semi-functional kitchen is helpful for those who prefer to cook their food 3.⁠ ⁠there was a receptionist a lady when we checked in. she was super helpful with everything, unfortunately I dont remember her name 4. The easy access to a variety of eateries nearby was really a highlight for us 1. the second room doesnt have a window so might get tough if you are someone who needs light and fresh air 2.⁠ ⁠There was a strange stink in the toilet that used to waft right in off and on. i think must be a blocked sewer somewhere but not sure if that is a permanent issue or just around the time we were there
