Clean, spacious room. Very helpful staff allowed us to check in a couple hours early. Easy access to restaurants, laundry service and wet market. 20 minute walk to the dragon bridge.

The staffs are very helpful and nice. The room is cery clean and was above my expectations considering the price. Keep it up!

Had an absolute great time staying here. The staff was very nice and humble, I got greeted with the biggest smile no matter the time of day. Room was big and comfy with both AC and a ventilator. I had a great view as well. The area is not that touristy, a lot of small shops, coffee places, restaurants and street kitchens, all run by locals and everyone was super nice and friendly. Bigger restaurants were in walking distance at the river. If you want to keep away from the overly touristic area on the other side of the river, this is the place to stay!

The staff are really good and very helpful. We can communicate in English with them. The cleanliness of the bathroom need to be improved.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early and left our luggage on the leaving day to be able to explore the city.

Got the city view room. Very clean, comfortable bed, (those firm foam ones, not too hard for me), staff were great, quick and cheap laundry. Plenty of local bahn mi, and pho etc around. Would recommend Hot water was short lived on the 8th floor, but a minor thing really.

Not much The fact that this place has a rating of 9 baffles me, the entire stay was horrible and I moved after the first night even though I had 3 planned. Thankfully I didn't pay upfront so there was no issue with having to pay for more than 1 night and the lady at the front desk was understanding. However the entire place is old and run down and the worst is that everything smells like old cigarettes, like the odour is stuck in the walls, which is not surprising considering the smoking area is in the hallway right outside the rooms. It's even worse in the bathroom where the odour mixes with the one of sewage. In the room I was in, pigeons where in front of the windows so there was a big sign not to open the windows otherwise they would get in. They poop and make noise right infront of the window which is not pleasant. On top of that there are dust mites crawling everywhere on the floor and walls (thankfully not in the bed) and although harmless it's not very pleasant. The location is honestly very mediocre and I didn't always feel safe when walking around as some men were trying to stop and talk to me and people were looking at me weird. I also heard a few screams that concerned me that were presumably coming from inside the building.

Service is exceptional!! They will look after you from start till end. They provide all the service you need just go to the front desk and ask..
