Location was good.. breakfast was really good Cleaner's left used bath mat in walkway of bathroom..cups were not changed or cleaned..but hey..for the price.. can't really complain ?

Room had never been cleaned the fog of the damp air when entering Aircon that barely works ants running over everything

The room was comfortable and spacious The breakfast was terrible, the AC had a weird smell and the bath in the bathroom doesn’t have a cover so water goes everywhere

The negative was the price gouging that took place for the weekend. We paid $182 for 2 nights. When we checked the next weekend or any other 2 nights after we left, the price was $76. So we felt this was unfair and did not meet our expectations for the price we paid.

Good location. Several blocks from the beach and near other places. We had a suite on the top floor/ literally on the roof of the hotel. Breakfast was sub-par. If you came anytime after 7:30, things could run out and they wouldn't replace it. The staff in general was little more than cordial Not friendly....very few smiles. When we checked into our room some of the outlets did not work, so they provided a long extension cord that wrapped around our bed. There was also a frosted picture window directly across from the bed, without black out drapes. That ensured bright sunlight waking you up every morning. Housekeeping was a story in itself. The room was never really clean to the type of standard I'm used to in a four-star hotel and further more the cleaning staff, particular the supervisor was one of the most unprofessional. On one occasion she literally failed to knock and let herself into our room while we were in bed. On another occasion she ran around the room upset shouting that she couldn't find a small towel. It should be noted that she had 4 additional housekeepers with her and they still couldn't clean the room. They had two soap dispensers in the shower tub area. One was empty the whole 4 days we were there. We also asked for an iron. Never came. After a while we just settled for where we were. The room was large, we had a small fridge and a hotplate. We just made do. The coup de grace was at check out where they charged me for the small towel ,200,000 dong(about $8.00) probably about 10 times what it actually cost. One other thing, I asked to speak to the manager several times but after a while it was obvious they had no intention of giving me his/her name nor was any kind of manager going to be identified or respond. To be fair there were a couple of staff that stood out. There was a young man at the desk at times that helps us and a young girl who worked the front desk who was very nice. All in all, this is not a four-star hotel , The overall customer service is poor. There's no manager to hold anyone accountable or be accountable to guests.
