No hot water. The windows were all broken so they did not close properly. The view from our room was a rooftop with litter on and the view from outside the hotel was a big field with litter in. The pictures on the website were nothing like in reality. There was no mat or towel for after a cold shower.

courteous staff, daily room cleaning, daily room refill of coffee, water, tea, etc. wide rooms. very nice place if for a low-mid budget hotel. i moved from room to room almost 3-4 times. there is one room where the shower handle is broken. and another room where the curtains are also broken.

It’s close to the beach and offers a quiet working space. I really appreciate the staff for arranging a spot near the workspace for me on my return visit.

1. Closeness to the beach 2. Nice and cleam rooms. 3. AMAZING STAFF! Really helpful with what we need ☺️ Just that one room we booked has a weak aircon. BUT THE STAFF allowed us to keep the key in so the aircon will continue to cool the room for when we go back. They gave us the option of having them open it for us when we get back. Thank you!

Location is really good near around with beach and airport also. The price paid and the benefits gained are much higher.

There was no hot water for the two days that we were there. They had a plumber on site trying to fix it.

Photos of the room on Booking didn't look anything like the actual room we got. We ran out of toilet paper and had to tell the hotel receptionist myself because there was no room service.

Shower and elevator was not working when we got there. They pretended to call an engineer for the shower but the engineer only fixed the elevator after 2 hours

The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants around. Another plus is the hotel's workspace, which is quiet and comfortable—perfect for getting some work done. However, the room does not have an iron, and there aren’t many hooks for hanging clothes. But for this price, there’s not much to complain about. Overall, it's a great choice for those looking for a clean, basic, and well-located stay near the beach at a reasonable price.

Location Horrible! The room was filled with bed bugs that I discovered in the middle of the night on night 4 of my stay- when I decided to sleep with AC and under the duvet for the first time. I was woken up at 2:30AM to itching all over my legs, got up to see the bed infested with bed bugs all over. Lifted the bed sheets and there were even more on the mattress. I left my backpack on the second bed and the bugs made its way inside of it. I was out of there quick- walking around at 3AM looking for a hotel that would let me check in as an alternative to this horrible stay. I went back the next morning to let the staff know about the situation- and they agreed to let me check out early and refund me for the unused nights (how generous ?). After further discussion at least they agreed to compensate me for the one night I discovered the bed bugs. I did have to pay for all the other nights prior, as well as a high walk in rate for one of the hotels next door, plus professional cleaning of all my belongings to get rid of the insects from my backpack and laptop bag. Besides this, the room was absolutely run down. The shower is not built properly and floods the entire bathroom as there is nothing to stop the water from overflowing. I get this is a budget stay but that is absolutely unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

My room was spotless, fresh, and mold-free, with reliable Wi-Fi. The 9th-floor workspace was a gem—comfortable, peaceful, and offering a view I couldn’t get enough of. Everything was wonderful!
