Large reception area and decent breakfast options. Unfortunately the hotel is quite run down and needs proper renovation. The rooms we got were not that clean and very smellyt. One of the room smelled strongly like urine and smoke when we entered. So we had to notify the reception and they ordered a proper cleaning of the bathroom and gave us a scented diffuser to mask the smell.

Location is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good experience. WiFi was excellent.

The staff was great and friendly, the location was good, room was spacious and bright. Good thing there was a kitchen Need to be renovated and the cleaning was poor. Curtains were dirty, the floor was damaged, the bathroom was not fresh. Also there was a lot of ants in the room.

My husband and I really enjoyed this fully renovated hotel. She was extremely helpful and kind to us. Lovely view from hotel to the city. Rooms have a nice. Recomending!

Very spacious room and the beds were extremely comfortable. Fantastic value for money.

However our room was dirty: the walls had black stains. The hallway on fifth floor was also dirty the walls were damaged and had black stains. The room was really cold (maybe it's ok for Dalat). During the breakfast the hall door was opened and it was really cold so we had to wear jacket . And we have some issues with our room. Overall, I don't understand why this hotel has high ratings for this price we paid 35 dollars per night for simple room so it felt overpriced for Vietnam. Of course it was high season but I think for that price we could have found something better

We had a great time and a good stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, as is the shower room. Cleaning every day.

This hotel was beautiful. So clean and comfortable. One night stay room was comfortable and ac was great.

Extremely clean and well looked after, services were amazing too have everything you may need for a nights or few night stay.

Very poor water pressure in showers and both showers had drainage problems. Very minimal crockery and cutlery in the apartment and not allowed to cook. We asked for a knife to slice some tomatoes and limes and were denied a knife in the apartment.

The hotel is in a great location. The beds were so comfortable. The staff although very busy were friendly and courteous We will deffinately be booking again.
