Near city center and restaurants, etc. Good location. Nice and clean. Staff are OK, housekeepers are mostly noisy. Poor soundproof.

The front desk staff was amazing!very helpful and informative.Good location and generally quiet.Good storage for luggage.Nice shower with great pressure.Room was nicely decorated.Nice big windows that opened up.Overall room was clean. The bed was a little hard and the bedding didn’t feel clean or fresh.

Love the area, the atmosphere and the staffs are very friendly. The toilet is clean and the bed is very comfy. There is not much noise. Pleasant stay? The design of the lobby and the outside look should be more updated, it will be better if it matches the room styles.

The staff was really friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and some tourist attractions such as the Crazy House.

They gave us one key for 2 adults.

Clean, large, room with window, a comfortable bed, and well laid-out bathroom with shower. Very friendly and attentive front desk. Many coffee and food options nearby. Great value. Lighting at bathroom mirror not great.

Amazing staff! Went above and beyond to make sure me and my girlfriend could sleep even though we arrived hours before check in. Nothing, couldn’t fault it!

Super good nice bed sleep soft, big room , all new . Good shower , the staff is also amazing. Super helpful, especially Win , we forgot little back on the bus stop , we contacted the hotel and the Win when looking for the little back , and send it to us with the next bus . Where do you find so friendly people still . I would definitely stay there again! Good location close to everything, Nothing was bad

Huge room, very comfy bed, unfortunately the first room room had not been cleaned properly (hair everywhere) But the staff at reception was wonderful and gave me another one. Floor could have been cleaner but it worked. There is no AC but you don't need it in Dalat. There is a fan and I even slept with open windows. It was very quiet. Again, staff at reception was always very attentive and cared. Could be cleaner (for a hotel)

We had a really nice stay here we actually extended. We got a better room than the one we booked with 2 big comfy double beds. Very clean. Staff were lovely & very good location.

24hour front desk which is helpful when arriving on a sleeper bus. room was spacious, not the cleanest bed sheets or towels but for the price it was good value. good location for walking into the centre
