Good location, nice exterior, staff mean well, clean Everything was so cheaply finished, toilet and shower in same room as bed is not nice arrangement, drainage doesn’t work properly on lower floors, hotel not completed yet. Cheaper room on lower floor so noisy and uncomfortable bed did not sleep first night. King spa room more comfortable, but spa is waste of space and stupidly big takes several hours to get water in and will not be hot, just pretty to look at. Hotel screwed up the booking so we were downgraded for 1st night despite having booking confirmation with room pictures. Took a lot of explaining with Vietnamese friend translating as no English spoken here. A little more investment and thought to design this hotel could have been so much nicer.
