Little bugs on the bureau and walls near door. Greasy hand prints on furniture, not from us. The staff weren't rude, but they weren't friendly either.

Balcony door with poor seal, wind facing, allowed cold draft into the room all night. 3 people in a 2 beds room, no heating in the middle of winter, asked for extra blankets to keep warm, but staff refused to provide extra 2 blankets. Only provided 1 extra blanket. One guest catch cold for the 3 nights stay. Holiday ruined.

Location very convenient Breakfast no variety and limited. On second day even worst, dont even have buffet, given only egg and bread. Toilet smelly and room no clean.

Excellent hotel. Staffs were very friendly and efficient. Very clean. Location super - excess to Night Market and other locations. Arrangements made by the hotel for our tour for 2 days were professionally done. I fully recommend this hotel. John Seeni Malaysia. Nil

Average Hygiène issue, people put back the food from their plate to the tray and one of the staff using her hand cover her mouth while coughing, other holiday maker also behave the same this issue need to be raise

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the market and surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Especially spectacular city views at night. It was really worth the price, we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Da Lat. Nothing.

Very friendly and detailed oriented staff, nice centrally located hotel close to attractions, markets for shopping, and historical sites. Very friendly and welcoming staff knowledgeable about the area very fluent in english. A very nice breakfast was included in the very reasonably priced hotel fees. Rooms are very clean with nice views. Everything was exceptional.

if you are travelling with An Phu bus to Dalat, then the bus station is just round the corner of same street. convenient to many eateries around hotel and easy walk to night market and attraction around the lake. nice city view from balcony. breakfast not fantastic but OK. stayed 3 nights at the hotel and met 3 different staff at the reception. 1 staff really have some altitude issue but the other 2 are ok and try to be helpful . water drainage in the toilet is not good and probably due to floor levelling issue. toilet can be flooded with water after shower.

Walking distance to night market. People are smoking at all floor levels even though the sign say no smoking. It's because the dustbin provision for smoking disposal making people thought it can smoke. The smoke goes into other rooms through the door holes. This very inconvenience for those non smokers and family with children. Breakfast has to climb 1 more level from 6th floor. Very inconvenience too. Room has no heater, very cold in the night.

they gave us a free upgrade, good location, friendly staff. Hot water and room service. the room had a lot of stains and mold, paper thin walls and very noisy neighbourhood (school next doors). one morning there was no breakfast buffet because there weren’t enough clients (but no additions were offered to us).

It would be great if rooms comes with safety box to keep important things and a microwave for longer stays.
