On the downside, the hotel and furniture felt a bit old. The room was not very soundproof, so noise from other guests could be heard easily. There was no air conditioner, only a fan, and the lighting was quite dim.

Excellent location, very close to the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect. I recommend this place

Very nice hotel and the staff are super nice and helpful The rooms are clean beds are soft and comfortable and we had no problems with hot water in the shower Also the hotel is 5 minutes away from the night market and good restaurants Great value for your money!!

They allowed us to do early check-in free of charge (we came at 8am and were given the room with no problem), the room was clean, the hot water was amazing, and most of all the staff was very helpful. The front desk helped us book sleeper bus tickets through the local app and talked to the bus company for us. They also recommended a great restaurant, and were super helpful!! The hotel is very close to the market and the city center.

The staff was very kind. They moved me to another room with no issue when I told them one of the lights wasn't working, they let me keep my bags at reception after checkout, gave me a towel to borrow for the waterfalls tour, and gave me a blow dryer to dry my clothes when I came back from the waterfalls. Also, the room has two shower heads, one with an electric heater and one with a sun powered heater so you should always have hot water and even two streams at once for stronger pressure!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Room seem almost new and was really clean. Staff speaks no English but is super friendly and they even arranged a bus for me. The area of the hotel is quiet. It's a 10min walk to the dalat night market.
