Christina's Da Lat - The Green House 2

There is no breakfast included in this booking, so I cannot give review about this service. However, you can easily enjoy local breakfast food surrounding this place. Location is perfect, center of Da Lat city where I can reach destinations easily. The Green House Dalat hotel is near Da Lat market Having more wardrobes for family room would be better

The host was amazing, she was available on WhatsApp for any request, and helped quickly and professionally. The room was very big and comfortable, we had quite a lot of luggage with us and we stayed for relatively long, as we were searching for an apartment in the city, so it was very comfortable to have a desk we could use for work and a little living room inside the hotel room with a big screen TV, where we could relax and watch movies Don't expect a stunning view from your window, it's right in the middle of the city, you get a view of the street. But to us that wasn't a big deal at all, and all in all we loved the place and our stay there.

The facilities and staff were great. They were kind, friendly and accommodating to all my requests. I recommend The Green House 100%.

Not able to check in early

The location, close to yummy restaurant we ate dinner at Cafe Arabicaca No air conditioning like it was advertised and the noise no tea or coffee. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. The host was understanding and offered to move us, but we had already made arrangements to stay elsewhere as we had a tour for a day. Still paid for two nights.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Lovely waiting lounge/kitchen area to keep luggage and wait for our onward travel/check in. The room was big and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the TV and sofa made it feel very homely. Close to the lake to walk around and there's a small shop at the end of the road. Cafes near by and more restaurants just a 15mins walk away. Easy to get to main attractions by Grab. Would stay here again. The shower could have been more powerful but it was functional and the rain shower part didn't work.

Everything! The beds were a little too firm

Don't have a hot water line built on the sink to brush the tooth / wash a face, in the winter time water is super cold - freezer

Good location

I’ve stayed here many times before, so this time I booked for my family and friends. The location is excellent, the place feels warm and cozy, and my room is spacious with a large TV and Netflix already signed in. I’m not sure why, but this time my room seems a little dusty, and I’ve developed a severe skin allergy. The room feels damp, with moss and peeling walls. I hope the owner can address these issues. The parking lot is also quite inconvenient if you’re driving.

Very spacious, clean rooms in a quiet alley. Food options and coffee shops nearby, also close to the center and lake. -

- self-check in was easy (one thing to meniton is that the number pad is a little sensitive); the host provided clear instructions a day prior to the trip - spacious room and provided general furniture - location was perfect for us - the basic necessities were at a walkeable distance; it was tucked away at the end of the main road, so the traffic noise was nearly non-existent - the place was a bit run down and really dusty - very thin layer of blanket provided - we stayed near the end of the winter season, and it was quite cold, and the heater did not work. - bathroom - very tight corridors from where the sink and toilet was. - ventilation of the bathroom was minimal, so sometimes there was a bit of a sewage odour. - reception - non existent and communication was solely through WhatsApp. - miscommunication - we had coordinated our check out with the host. As we had an early flight, we wanted to make sure we had everything in place before we left. The host scheduled an in-person meet to collect the money and even offered to help us set up a taxi to get to the airport (as we heard Grab was hard to get around that time of the day). He assured us that he had set up a taxi for 5:45AM pick up as I told him we needed to be at the airport for no later than 6:30AM, he even told us he would be there in the morning himself. Come the next morning, at 5:45AM, no communication and no taxi. Turns out that we had no problem getting a Grab. Two hours later, the host responded apologizing that the taxi is late and that he would be arriving soon. Very disappointed that this was the last interaction we had with the host.

Clean and comfy

We had a great stay! The bed was very comfy and the shower was one of the best we've used whilst travelling! The room was clean, and the host was very friendly

The property was clean and tidy and the shower was good, we were close to places to eat and things to do. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to rent a motorbike from there. It was nice being slightly off of the main Street and a little quieter, there is also a hostel right next door where you can book bus tickets and tours.

Great base to have in Da Lat. check in was easy and room was clean. Thank you!

The staff were so helpful. I fell ill whilst here and had to keep extending our stay and they did this with no issues First room had mold on the wall but we were changed rooms as soon as we made them aware

Our room was big. Nice beds. Reasonably central. Quiet Hem. Friendly staff. We had to wait for over an hour after our check in time as our room was not ready when we arrived. We did not receive full instructions about how to get our room key. Poor acoustics between rooms. Our window opened to the neighbours out door area so no privacy. Other rooms may have been better.
