No AC no window. Room wasnt look like the pictures. It so small and dirty

Hotel does not have air conditioner or heat. No facial tissue in room. Breakfast foods were cold We have to ask staff to heat up coffee by microwave oven.

Staff were helpful and the guys could speak English, had a spa attached to it and it was close to the night markets. Breakfast was delicious too. Nothing, it was a great experience.

Quiet handsome hotel close to Xuan Hong Lake (so easy to find & hard to get lost on foot), a short walk from Dalat's buzzy Night Market and bars/ restaurants. Comfy bed, modern bathroom. Fan in room rather than air con - but perfectly cool - and anyway Da Lat is nothing like as humid/ hot as Ha Noi, Hoi An or Da Nang. Friendly helpful staff sorted out day trip and laundry with no fuss. Lovely breakfasts with great views across Da Lat which is a beautiful city with its French influenced architecture, and striking waterfalls in surrounding countryside. Would definitely stay there again - 100% recommend. Worth tracking down the cool & stylish Fox's Den cocktail bar a 10 minute walk away too. All great, no problem. Worth mentioning that any trips booked don't take card payment so make sure you have enough cash.

Location was great, and terrace was nice! Breakfast was very basic. They also promised to make me a take away for the last day due to my early travel. And didn’t do it. I guess was misunderstanding between the staff but still I was disappointed!

Nice location. The mattresses are very hard. Like sleeping on the floor. We had to ask for extra blankets to make the bed softer. ? Breakfast below average. Dry bread and no toaster. No milk for the coffee.

They are so helpful they help us to call our bus to picking up us to the hotel even the luggage they help us to bring it to our room. That the food so good.

Our room was a nice room with a good bathroom facilities. However, the walls are not very thick, the window to the room is on the corridor. For our girst nights stay, we gad young children on the same floor, who just ran up and down the corridor. It was holiday season, and i have to say by about 2130 the noise had stopped. No problem the second night. The staff are lovely and very attentive. The breakfast here was on the 5th floor. Chef who cooks pho, and eggs in various styles. Good local selection, and fresh fruit, hot choices. Fresh bread rolls. Noise, we were 3rd floor and could hear the chairs moving in the dining room 2 floors up.

Centre of the town. Breakfast was good. The staff are really friendly and helpfull. Perhaps the floor of the room need to be mopped/vacuum as it was quite dusty.

Beliggenhed Overpriced rooms. Rooms were not as described on Booking com. Either were the pictures. No window. Small bed. Terrible breakfast. Dirty breakfast room.

The owner was very supportive and helped me to book bus ticket. I enjoyed my stay there and will come back next time :)
