The staff are really nice. Specially that one working at the hotel cafe that looks like the north korean girl from Squid Game lol

location of hotel is awsome , right at Xuan Huong , Hotel need flies screen , when we was opened the windows , there was bees got in the climate now has changed , summer season is getting hot, there is no aircon has installing , it has caused uncomfortable.

Amazing lake view from the balcony, best location , walkable everywhere, super clean , nice staffs. quaint small hotel but big rooms. ?To stay here again A small elevator, you have to take a few steps up to use it so it is not suitable for a handicap person .

The location was great, and the price was reasonable. Although the room was not as luxurious as I had hoped, it was still comfortable and suitable for our family. The stairs were challenging to climb, especially with a child and heavy suitcases. The lift on the premises was quite small, accommodating only two adults at a time. The beds in our VIP room (apartment) were uncomfortably firm.

The breakfast was so lovely.. It is on the top floor with a great view of the Ben Thanh market. The location is great. we are really just across the road to Ben Thanh with lotsa of eateries and massage places and everything you need.

The location was convenient, very near to Xuan Huong Lake. Our room has a large balcony (the hotel has two rooms with balcony, so we recommend booking your stay in advance if you want these rooms) with a great view to the lake and the park in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly, and helpful too. The room has thin wall, so we could hear the sound from other rooms. It's not too uncomfortable to us though, considering the affordable price we paid.

Great location, overlooking lake. Close to market Improper pest control, our room had ants and lizard. The receptionist in the evening was extremely courteous and offered an upgraded room, however that had cockroaches. That receptionist was exceptional in customer service, cleared the ants, tried removing lizard

The location is excellent, facing right to the big lake at the heart of the city. Walkable distance to the market and restaurants and cafes and ever services and many visiting places for tourists such as king's palaces and city garden. The general stay was good for price. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Almost nothing
