We had no breakfast at all, like due to our Group Leader's decision. I liked the artificial flower on the table. I liked the washing service for my clothes. I saw about 1-4 mosquitos in the room during my stay, reported to 2 staffers, but mosquitos are invisible after all days. I could not realise early about the actual location of the Hotel when seeing its address online: it is located on the small lane (not on the Main Street. Please show me how to distinguish its location more precisely and in favour of the clients. Also, the neighbours of this Hotel are building up a new house and renovating a new Hotel which may take "another month to be completed..." All these facts are not indicated online/ the Webpage of Booking.com which are not revealed to us in any mean of communication before our arrival....(?)

and Lake.. lovely caretakers, booked a tour and another room/night for me, ordered taxi driver and gave Tipps big room with two double beds all good, they changed the small to a bigger room

Adore the part-timer at the reception, he was so helpful and amazing. The place is at a quiet alley away from the town but within walkable distance to the night market. A lot of amazing restaurants and cafes along the way. Not the newest and cleanest but a good stay. Let them know in advance if you're arriving early or returning late as they'll lock the main door.

had a great experience at Sky House Hotel. Location: Centrally located, near the local market and lake. Room: Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service: Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities: Reliable free Wi-Fi and an atmospheric lounge. Value: Excellent value for a reasonable price. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

The room had all of the basic amenities. The hotel was in a good central location to explore Da Lat. Reception staff were helpful and check in was easy. The room had a very strong smell that was unpleasant. The room was also quite dark and not especially clean. The property could do with somd refurbishment and rooms updating.

The location is perfect, situated in the centre with access to many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean.

Very nice spacious and Clean room. No windows in any room.

Room was very clean, good sized bathroom with a hot shower. Fridge and kettle also provided. Small supermarket next door. The receptionist was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, despite the language barrier he was able to arrange a bus to Mui Ne for us and made sure we were picked up from the hotel. Overall a great stay in a good location. No window in room. Hotel is currently under construction so there are very few guests, did not affect our stay at all but I thought it worth mentioning so other travellers know what to expect.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Even brought me by motorbike to the bus station to make sure everything went smoothly. For the price everything was very good and clean
