the best hotel ive beenn i vientam so far, quite, very clean, the mini bar snacks are super affordable , and most importantly the staff is super warm and kind, i rly would recommend everyone to come here .

Very clean by any standard. Exceptional quality of the room, although the beds are on the firmer side, as are most in Vietnam. Host is very friendly and communicated well with Google translation. I do recommend this small hotel. Scooters are available for rent. Rooster in the neighborhood crows earlier than usual. 3:30 ish like clock work.

The host is really kind, nice, and helpfull. They also provide motorbike rental and laundry service. The room is clean and spacious, they change towels everyday. There is also elevator in the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -

Hien took care of everything we needed! We rented motorbikes from the hotel and had a great time exploring the area. Vespa Hotel is about a 20 walk from the central market. Vespa is clean, comfortable and accommodating.

A family owned hotel that wss clean, efficient, comfortable and very friendly. A great value and well located.

Not in a City center. But its ok, you can always use bike or taxi online with reasonable price.

Vespa is family run business. They were always very helpful with anything. Staff were very welcoming and friendly I had a 9 night stay so got to know them a little better. They were happy to have a conversation and a laugh which also added value to my stay in beautiful Da Lat. The location is great very close to many local cafes and restaurants and the main street, easy walk to the lake. I was happy with my stay and would recommend Vespa hotel as a comfortable and affordable stay. You can also hire a scooter if you choose. Nothing to note. No air conditioning though weather is DaLat is generally pleasant.

Exceptional

This hotel had two flaws during my stay. The first was that my room had mosquitos in it. I tried to find the source but couldn’t. As all hotels in da lat use windows for air rather than AC units, this was a major flaw. There were screens but clearly there was a hole somewhere. The second flaw was that the hotel front desk was often unstaffed. There is no bell to call staff and the two phone numbers listed don’t work on WhatsApp. I had to rent a motorbike from somewhere else when no one was there. I also had to check out by leaving my key and departing after waiting for 15 minutes without seeing anyone. I could not store my bags at the hotel as I planned (why would I trust the hotel to keep my bags safe if the lobby is frequently unmonitored). The hotel also closes its front gate at night. Luckily it opened for us as we were waiting outside, but there is again no bell or way to call for help if the staff did not notice us outside. Finally I will note there are no “do not disturb” signs. I wasn’t able to communicate that no one should enter my room due to the lack of sign and staffing at the desk. Overall, this is a more expensive hotel than some others I considered. I left wishing I had chosen one of the others I was looking at.

I really enjoyed staying there, Had a room on top floor. Very clean, btight, airy and comcortable. It was quiet at night . The hotel is located in a small local street, yet it is still close to restaurants and 15 minutes on foot to the nightmarket, Really a cool place.

Room was super clean & spacious with all added amenities !! We had such a lovely stay here and the owner was sooo nice and helpful !!! If we didn’t have a flight booked we would have definitely extended our stay here - couldn’t recommend this place enough☺️

Friendly and welcoming management who took time to show me the room and how the lock worked. Big, clean, bright room. Despite limited English the mamagement were communicative and fun. Shower gel in the bathroom would have been welcome, rather than the small soap issued on arrival. The busy main road leading to the hotel location is undergoing construction and there is just rubble where the pavements should be.

The staff were friendly, very good use of Google Translate! The room was very nice and good value for money There were roadworks on the street that were sooooo loud... but not the hotel's fault at all!

Whilst the property is listed as a 2 star hotel it is certainly owned and run by a 5 star couple. They were so friendly and accommodating with nothing being too much trouble, from our specific requests regarding our room requirements to suggesting and arranging local trips with transports both locally and when transferring to the airport for our return to England. If you are looking for a homely and comfortable stay in Da Lat then we couldn't recommend the petite Vespa Hotel highly enough. All good for us!!!!

The location is a bit far and the workers don't speak any English wich was a bit difficult

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is in a great location close to some lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The Hotel and our room were emaculately clean - we had fresh towels every day and free water. The room is spacious and beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The family are incredibly helpful - we arranged scooter rental through the hotel and the owner even personally called our Taxi company to check on pick up and ensure a smooth onward journey. Highly recommend staying here. Very good price too! Nothing it was perfect
