Dalat is cold in the winter. The room has no heater so it was quite cold during my first night. The staff kindly offered additional blankets to help in bed, but the room stayed cold.

The price is a bit cheap but the room is surprisingly nice. New furniture, strong wifi, comfortable bed. Well worth the money!

The city view and hotel staff There were a lot of clothes moths in the room, and we also saw a cockroach during our stay. The bathroom smelled like urine all the time. However, the biggest issue was the very old electric kettle provided in our room. One day, it caught on fire and caused a big mess (smoke, burned floor). Fortunately, nothing else caught fire, but the smell was so strong that we couldn’t stay in the room. We were able to change rooms without any problems though.

This is a sweet little studio. It was great to have a fridge and a washing machine! The internet is super fast as i was traveling for work. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Overall, better than expected!

This is a great place, value for money. Easy to access the city and nearby landmarks. The host is very responsive. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience in this place.

Noisy late at night found it difficult to sleep because of other guests, would have appreciated it if the staff had asked other guests to be quiet especially as this was between 1am -3am

The room is spacious, the bed is big enough for 2 people. In addition, the room also has a large window with a view of the city.

There were renovations at the hotel. There was very loud noise from morning until evening and there were wood chips and dirt scattered on the floor of the room and on the entrance floor.

Basic clean room. Only sporadic staff at reception but they enabled a late check in by leaving the key on the desk. Good location above the night market. Great little craft beer bar nearby and and the excellent An coffee shop across the street. Simple but good breakfast options. Great value overall. Nothing other than the reception mentioned above.

The room is new, spacious and clean, just like the picture described. Clean toilet. The hotel's double bed is large, so my husband and I and our two children can still sleep comfortably without needing an extra bed.

Fantastic location, room was gorgeous. No AC but we had a fan and the weather was quite cool so it wasn’t too bad. Only a 10 min drive from the bus stop and a short walk to bars & restaurants

Don't order breakfast. Only two of four choices where available. No coffee or tea was served only a small wather.

Rooms were spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. But our beautiful arched window did not open and the room got very stuffy and hot. Plus no A/C. Other rooms had windows that opened so I would opt for those rooms instead. Location is great. Breakfast is mediocre so I wouldn’t book based on the breakfast inclusion. Also we booked as a family of four but when we asked for our first breakfast they said we only paid for 2 adults for breakfast. This was weird because 4 of us were included on the reservation and there was no option of picking breakfast just for the adults. I was not impressed that they didn’t just offer my kids a complimentary meal.

there were no curtains to hide from city lights, bathroom sealing is super low (but it's just in the highest rooms, with loft) And breakfast is poor. Instant noodles with soya - better both serve breakfast.
