Tuyet Son Hotel

Clean basic family-run hotel well located for visiting Da Lat! It's located in the center yet away from hustle and bustle of big streets. Hotel is 5 min walk from night market, 10min walk to lake with lots of food options! Rooms were spotless, shower were hot. The owners were kind and genuine!! We would definitely return if we ever visit Dalat again.

Property is fairly new, well equiped. Youtube on smart TV seems not available?. But it's not a big deal to me.

The owners are super sweet and helpful! We arrived 7 hours too early and we could check in. Sweetest persons ever! Would recommend everybody ❤️

We had an amazing time here! The rooms are pretty and very clean. We arrived 7 hours before check in time and this was no problem we could check in right away. The boss of the hotel is very sweet and helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Guests booking a two-bedroom option can enjoy a great view. The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing early check-in and providing luggage storage on the day of checkout. She also arranged a motorbike rental upon request, adding to the convenience of our stay. With such excellent hospitality and facilities, we would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Dalat. Nothing. Everything was up to or better than our expectations....

Very good

The room was exceptionally clean. Good view over the city. Lift to the 3rd floor The husband and wife that owned the hotel were very welcoming. It was clean! No complaints.

The friendly hostess. The room was big. The staff was sitting in the lobby smoking indoors. The beds were the hardest we had encountered on our 3 months in South East Asia. It felt like a yoga mat on the floor. There was no hand soap. The shampoos were annoying small packages and they were impossible to open. There were used leftover shampoo packages from previous guests. The floor was covered in dust and we could see our footsteps and we could also see spilled food around in the corners. The electricity was bad and caused some light in our room to turn on and off every 5 min. The extra door lock was broken. It was extremely noisy and the host did not tell the very large family to quiet down even though they were running around and screaming everywhere until late in the evening and early morning. They were often repairing the elevator, forcing guests to carry their luggage down the stairs, which they blocked with dirty sheets and cleaning equipment. Not very safe in case of fire. We were happy we only had two nights here sleeping horribly.

Excellent value for money. Room was a good size and well equipped. The host was brilliant & is learning English in her 60s to better her communication with tourists, very impressive!! Room was cleaned daily. No complaints, would recommend a short stay here!

This was an excellent stay. The location is easy walking distance to markets and lake, but just far enough way that it is quiet. The room I had was unique, with good view and fresh air from windows that open wide The staff were fantastic, their english is a bit limited but I really like that they try. Very helpful and friendly people Không

very nice for the price! the owner was very nice and gave us a ride to the train station we stayed there because we thought it was close to the train station, but it was a little farther than we had thought. Maybe it’s close to where the train station used to be?
