Mien Nhiet Doi 2 Hotel

Nice view in the evening. Decent location. We stayed 3 nights, nobody came to clean the room. Didn’t get extra toilet paper. A member of staff peeped into our bedroom at 8.30am one morning! And it wasn’t to clean the room as they don’t do this whilst you’re staying! They opened the door slightly just looking at us for a while. When I said ‘hello’ they didn’t say sorry or anything at all, just hurried away! They also tried to say we didn’t turn up for our stay, so that they could charge us twice on booking.com.

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and helpful. They smoke in the hotel. So my whole room smelled like that. They also clean, but very early and very loud talking.

Disappointing

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful on check-in. 10 minutes on foot to the night market and lake. View from the room was very nice. Room was large and comfortable. The view of the city was nice. Reviews about lack of staff at the front desk were not wrong. Nor were the reviews about the cleanliness - definitely needs some attention. Hot in the day, cold at night with just a fan.

Low price, good location, nice view It was very rare to find someone on reception. Really noisy, sound echoed up from reception/the street. My room had an extra window facing the corridor, making the room noisy and bright as the corridor light was always on. Not particularly clean either :'(

It was ok for 1 night. After reading other reviews, for the price I was hoping this hotel would be sufficient. However, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the rooms aren’t clean, I could see mould and other marks on the wall. No hand soap given, ants on the floor. There was a constant banging sound of doors being slammed all through the night and then music blaring from 08:30am. There was nobody on the reception desk at all other than when we arrived and our door didn’t lock properly. Quite disappointed but for the price it’s maybe something to expect.

- Good location. - Affordable room rates. - Staff were friendly. - Comfortable bed - Moped rental available at affordable rates. - No AC in room. - Had to move room as there was lizards in first room ( staff were very nice about it though) - No real facilities here

The owner was very helpful pleasant and the family was very friendly. The location was very quiet and near the center of the town. I had a great level of freedom and privacy.

The city view from room window. This hotel is located on a hilly road inside town and the rear of many hotels on this road have a city view from a good height. Room was dirty, hair and dirt left behind by previous guests not cleaned. Washroom was smelly and old with no windows or exhaust fan. Staff is unpolished although helpful if you need rental bike or keeping luggage before or after checkout

Disappointing

It has a good location which is about 10 mins of walking distance to the morning & night market. Along the way has lots of foods choices too! Love it Cleanliness… the towel is not clean, the room is not clean , and it has no soundproofing at all, you can listen to next door clearly

great location and views of Dalat beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms really need work. the worst thing about this property was the presence of a large group of high school students on a trip yelling and screaming and slamming doors. the staff did nothing to respect the other guests. if they’re going to have these large bookings and aren’t going to do anything about the noise they shouldn’t have other guests bookings.
