The environment and location showing the city's beautiful skyline and view from the mountain. Some facilities were worn, with the tile of the bathroom floor fading and door handles being rusty.

This was an exceptional experience. The facility is wonderful: quiet, beautiful, peaceful, immaculate, welcoming and spacious. The staff are lovely and the pool and restaurant are excellent. The breakfasts are sumptuous. We also had a massage treatment in the spa which was outstanding. Could not be more highly recommended. none

The grounds are beautiful and the villas are well appointed. We hung out at the lovely pool area a bit and also had amazing hot stone massages - the BEST! No Complaints

The complex is like a park - nice and picturesque to stroll around, with lots of villas. You can see how they aim to preserve the heritage of those villas. The restaurant's food is superb and there is a pool and a spa. There are carts moving you and your stuff from the villa to reception at check in and check out - a nice touch, though it's not too necessary as it's a relatively short walk. Very comfy rooms - great bathtubs, take advantage! The whole complex is very chill and relaxing - a great place to unwind - if you prefer to be out and about town, better choose a more central location just to sleep in. Probably I didn't read the fine print but was expecting a whole villa while each villa has a few rooms - you just get a room (unless you rent a whole villa of course). Still, the room was great. Also - as some of the other reviews mention, from the east-side villas that border the town you can hear distant music/karaoke until quiet hours hit at 10 pm.

The environment is really nice, quiet. Nice to walk around the property. Initially we were in room 801, which is very nice. Later we were transferred to room 2403, which is not as nice (bathroom not as spacious, and don’t have coach). I think first floor room is generally nicer. There is also difference between different villa. I also don’t think a lot of the staff there understand English very well, there is one time when we asked for takeout box but end up having someone come to pick us up, which is not what we want. And I can see how the room can be on the humid side in the wet season.

it was quiet and picturesque. the service was good, the breakfast was amazing. The bathroom is not a room, its a shower at the end of the bed. The lounge was pointless. the couch uncomfortable and the bed was also quite firm. Very dark room when the sun goes down and the lighting was not adequate

Location, excellent service the staff are fabulous and overall facilities were fantastic No fans in bathroom and the egg station had basic vegetables in Dalat you have very fresh veggies and it was disappointing to see the available options I was I was impressed
