The two receptionists, Vy and Hien, were always enthusiastic in their support, from recommending places to visit and dine to assisting with any requests during our stay. The gentle and sincere attitude of the team made the holiday even more pleasant and truly complete.

Very nice stay except the super hard mattress

Big room No breakfast available and staff didn't speak English. Shower and toilet leaking.

Mattress was rock solid… other than that, the hotel is great.

A good hot shower and the location. The room was very basic and not so clean. The 2 chairs where full of stains and there was some mold in the room. This was shure the hardest mattrass i slept on in my life (besides the floor)

The location of the hotel was quiet but not too far from central Da Lat. The room was very beautiful and spacious, and allowed for many of our family to come see us. Our room was not cleaned as often as we would’ve liked, to replace our towels and our coffee and tea. The hot water also ran out really quick.
