Crazy House

Fun and unique place to stay. Staffs are very professional and friendly. Beds are comfortable and towels are very clean. We had a lot of fun here.

A unique once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a place like this. Staff was wonderful. Kind of fun staying in a tourist attraction with people coming and going. I cannot think of anything that I did not like about the property. It was well laid out as crazy as it is. There was opportunity to shop. There was something different around every corner.

I loved staying at such a unique place. So much to see in amazed at the creativity and ingenuity it took to create such a Hotel. It was an opportunity of a lifetime in Vietnam that I could not pass up. I am from the USA. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. That’s hard to believe when they are accommodating so many different people every single day. Congrats on your staff. I cannot think of a thing I did not like. All the steps, the tunnels, the highs and lows made it what it was. I heard some people don’t like having so many tourist come in every day during the day. I didn’t mind it a bit it’s part of the charm of the place and I’m glad so many people want to experience it.

There were a lot of ants on the bed and on the mirror near it. We noticed them right before check out. A lot of noise while tourists were visiting, but we expected it. The bath tub was huge but the boiler is significantly smaller. So the hot warer ran out when we filled up the bath.

this place is amazing. having access to the whole property was thw highlight of my stay. the room is very cold and quite damp. but there was a huge blanket that kept me very cozy.

What’s not to love about the Crazy House? I especially liked being able to explore the property without the hordes of holiday-makers (rightly) touring the place. Our room was quite small for a large Western man. And, no fault of the property, was a dog barking incessantly all night long. That said, I am glad we stayed here.

Everything was beautiful! Would have hoped to have more than one towel each but we managed. The city cut off the water one day therefore we couldn’t shower so they brought us a huge pail of water to flush the toilet.It was not the hotel’s fault but it would have been nice to get a perk for the inconvenience. Overall though, it’s a magical place!!!!! It’s even more beautiful than in the photos!! The staff are amazing also! Thank You!! Not enough towels!

It was INCREDIBLE! And I didn’t expect a working real wood fireplace in our room!

It was weird wacky and wonderful. Calling all superpowered weirdos. You will love it here. Beds were on the firm side. Tourists knock on your windows throughout the day and peek in the windows. But it is totally worth it in order to have the place to yourselves in the evening.

This hotel is weird, freaking and cool to stay at. Our room was the coolest, I loved the huge bath our beds and the balcony. . The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed touring the place early in the morning when it was still closed to the public

I messed up my dates, and the staff kindly accommodated me without an extra charge when they could have. Your kindness is appreciated l, and I can't wait to visit!

Guests throughout the day kept on disturbing us, trying to enter, which was very annoying. Also we expected the hotel to give us a guided tour of the place which was not given and left to us to explore.

People can pay to visit the grounds. The hotel does their best to ensure privacy, but people are very rude and ignore posted signs. It was not easy making our way to the room because the same rude people would not move aside to let us through with luggage. Not the fault of the hotel, but it does impact your stay.

Location and the nature of the property. It is very fun to live in the preperty none

What a place to stay, like living in a museum. As a guest you have access to the whole crazy house property even when it is closed to the public, which is a HUGE perk! We were able to explore for hours without fighting the busy day time crowd! Location was good with most attractions being a walk or short grab away

Great place, lots to explore, fun for family They used to have restaurant and free breakfast. Service used to be much better. Price went up and service went down. Probably wont return and cant recommend for the price.

Was unique and amazing everything you expect from this place just know that in some rooms there is no ac and it could get cold at night but they offer extra blankets and a firestove

I liked the design & location of the property. The staff were all great & helpful, I arrive 9am to drop off my bags & they allowed me to check in early without any charge The mattress, it was like sleeping on. Bed of concrete, if this was comfortable I would have given 10 out of 10 for everything
