Big room, very central position Staff writes only in Vietnamese (even if you ask to write in english). Luckily there is Google translator. Rooms windows opens against a wall. We stayed without water from 20.30 to 23.00 without any warning by the host.

Clean and comfortable rooms. This could be a good place if they would know how to be with costumers. When we arrived no one was at the reception. No one came when we ring the bell at the gate. We where waiting a long time. Also we booked a room with AC and Balcony. She gave us a room without both. When i came down to complain she said customers are in the room. The day after we changed the room. That one had a balcony but no AC. I guess there are no rooms with AC. So you should not put rooms online telling you have AC. Also we washed our close here. When we wanted it back my boyfriend went to the reception but again no one there. The owner came and said he is getting his wife. My boyfriend waited for 45minutes until he came back and did it by hisself. He charged us 200.000. Later when we went down his wife came and wanted us to pay for the laundry again. She said its 95.000. I told her that we paid already and paid to much. When she saw us again she gave us 100.000 back but still this service is really bad.

Location was good No air con as was advertised. Previous guests underwear left on door, bathroom floor stained brown by… something.

The laundry service was really good - quick and clean and came back the same day and the lady was very helpful. No aircon and the water stopped working during our stay but couldn’t find any staff to help us. The rooms were really small and very hot. The sheets were slightly stained and the room not cleaned very well.

It’s a very cute and comfortable property. The staff is very helpful There is nothing to not like about this place.

Nothing. The stay was bad from start to finish. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30pm wanting to check in after a long day of travelling. When we got there the place was deserted and the gates were locked. We had to reach through the bars to unlock the gates so we could at least get inside reception (this was after 10 minutes of ringing the bell). There was no one anywhere to be seen, we looked around everywhere. We ended up waiting over an hour to be checked in. We tried to message the hotel on booking.com, on Facebook and call them. There was no response. Some other guests tried to help us too. Eventually a man appeared but he still didn’t check us in. A woman then appeared and checked us in but offered no apology. The room was below average. The walls were very thin so you could hear every noise from other rooms. The bathroom door did not lock or shut. The room was dirty and there were hairs all over the floor. We didn’t mention this during our stay because there were hardly ever any staff around, when there were there were real communication issues, and we don’t like to complain but given everything else I’m putting this in the review. On one of the days housekeeping started to unlock our door whilst we were in the room. They did not knock and only stopped when I told them to. It is not acceptable for housekeeping to enter a room without knocking. We hadn’t been told about housekeeping. They tried to come in at around 1pm which we did not know would happen. It made us feel a bit on edge as it seemed they would just enter the room whenever they wanted. After this we ensured our possessions were always locked away which we shouldn’t have to do. On the day we checked out we went to leave and again found no staff anywhere. We had not yet paid for our room and couldn’t afford to wait again and miss our booked transport. Would the hotel have reimbursed us for our missed bus? I think not. We had no choice but to leave.

Clean, had bike rental for good price, room was spacious and had good storage. No air con although listed as being there, but it was quite cool when we visited so it wasn’t necessary.

The response to messages on booking.com was very quick. The location is quite good We never actually saw a member of staff at reception, we had to check ourselves in (literally went behind the desk to take our room key) and check ourselves out. There’s photos of a kitchen on booking.com but we never found this (and no staff were around to show us). The room was advertised as having AC which it didn’t - luckily it didn’t matter as da lat is generally cooler than other parts of Vietnam

Could be located closer to the market perhaps, but the surroundings were away from the traffic and surprisingly quiet for Vietnam, except for a lasting dripping sound after it rained. That is, until the rooster started at 4am, but we fell asleep again, no problem. We slept with window and balcony door open and had a draft of fresh mountain air through the night. Beware that there are a few mosquitoes, nothing that affected me for some reason, but for my toddlers sake I would have preferred the top floor.

The rooms are quite compact with almost everything you need. The staff doesn't understand English and it's very difficult to explain anything

Extremely close to the crazy house and doable walk to centre. The bed and room was very clean and nice. Lovely and cool compared to the rest of Vietnam The bathroom smelled very bad and the smell moved into the bedroom. Rooms were not sound proof so could hear the family next door. No AC as advertised but want necessary
