Breakfast was acceptable, location is good, but honestly this place is very run down and seems people don’t really care to take care of it anymore. Unless things drastically change better don’t stay there. Im afraid paying quite a bit of money but then seeing this was far below expectation. Being greeted by 8 moscitoes and 1 cockroach in the room, table light that doesn’t work, a wardrobe that is totally mouldy and smelly, a living room that smells of mould, and looking below the bed to see dirt makes me think whether the management of this place is taking this serious or not. Upon complaint next morning and request to clean, we came back just to find that superficial cleaning was done, but bathroom and below bed still dirty (finding the dead moscitoes that I had to kill the night before).

The management and the team are wonderful people. They will do their best to make your stay memorable. The rooms and villas are crafted with passion. The smell of wood makes every room and villa feel like home. Dalat is a beautiful city, but staying in this hotel, makes the experience magnificent and extremely relaxing. Highly recommend for families, couples and friends. Big shout to the founders and to Eric !! Thank you so much for making our stay a wonderful experience.

It was a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well taken care of. We had an amazing weekend at Dalat Train Village. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to explore the charm of Da Lat city. What stood out the most was the warmth and friendliness of the staff — always helpful, welcoming, and genuinely caring about our stay. The room was beautifully styled, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in — perfect for a restful getaway. Every detail, from the villa atmosphere to the garden surroundings, made the experience feel special and relaxing. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommended!

I was truly surprised to find such a peaceful place right in the center of Dalat. Each morning, I woke up to the cheerful chirping of birds and the sight of playful squirrels jumping from branch to branch – as if they were welcoming the new day with me. Strolling through the garden filled with blooming flowers, I could smell the gentle scent of roses and greenery lingering in the air – a truly relaxing and refreshing feeling. Most of all, the bed was incredibly soft and cozy, giving me the best sleep I’ve had in any hotel – ever. The highlight of our stay was the BBQ dinner by the warm fire. Chefs Huy and Chien not only cooked amazing food but also served us personally at the table with care and professionalism – something you don’t often experience elsewhere. The customer service here is top-notch. I felt genuinely cared for, as if I were right at home. Our group will definitely come back – more than once!

It was a really nice location, you have space in the garden to hang around and even make some bbq. You have many flowers and a really relaxed atmosphere over here. The city center and the lake are just 5 minutes away and on the other side of the street you have the old train station to visit. Really great and friendly staff to help you out having a great time at Dalat They are still working on the place, but therefore you get a big discount right now
