1. Vệ sinh phòng chưa sạch sẽ, còn bụi phía sau board đầu giường, tóc trên ga giường, TV mờ nhòe, tín hiệu không ổn định, phòng ẩm mốc, có ô cửa sổ nhỏ nhưng không mở được do cấn mái tôn bên ngoài. Điện thoại hư trước khi nhận phòng, đem đi sửa không báo, đến lúc tôi hỏi mới nói 2. Nhân viên ít niềm nở, gặp cũng không chào (đa phần), không có nhân viên bảo vệ hay bellman hỗ trợ hành lý, sắp xếp chỗ đậu xe. 3. Ba khách nữ khác nhận phòng sáng sớm, gõ cửa phòng, cố mở cửa phòng tôi lúc 4h40 sáng, cười trừ bỏ đi, báo nhân viên chỉ xin lỗi qua loa. Vấn đề an toàn an ninh không đảm bảo.

Location. Bathroom was nice size and very clean. Not a ton of outlets and they were partially used. No A/C just a fan. Had a “window” that looked into and opened into the laundry service room.

The location is very near to this halal restaurant which is very easy for us. Every thing is good (water pressure, cleanliness, comfort, facilities). The hotel has no aircond so need to open the window to get airflow. The staff can't speak english, we communicate with google translate but they are very helpful! Nothing

Staff were amazing, the room was really clean. Bathroom facilities were amazing. Unfortunately our keypad into our room was not working, but staff were incredibly helpful.

The room is very comfort , clean . quiet and peaceful. Has lift. Walking distance to lake. Had a great stay here. . The staff is friendly and helpful .One of the young sweetie polite staff helped to solve the toilet bowl clogged problem. She is very helpful and pleasant. When we check out, the grab driver can't locate the hotel since it is a bit remote .. She helped us to instruct the driver since we don't speak vietnamese language. Lastly the driver took more than 15 minutes to locate the hotel . none

Pretty views. Friendly staff can speak english. Clean. Toilet has bidet. Has lift. Near halal food and coffee shop. Walking distance to city and lake The toilet smell. But the place was clean. Everything working well.

The trees are too tall, i cant see the lake even though i opt for the lake view. I was staying at the second floor. The reason why i chose this hotel its because of the view plus the nearby halal eatery. I was told to pay using their local currency in cash. I didn't change much of their local currency. I usually paid using credit card at all hotels at all my travels. So im quite disappointed for mode of payment over here. Luckily, i manage to do a bank transfer from my personal account and it takes few days for them to check whether they received it.
