Good location, good size of room, friendly staff even though no-one to help with the door or luggage Very noisy in the morning from the hallway & the floor above, very limited choice of continental breakfast, my sons ate a slice of toast every morning without bacon or sausages, toilet may be blocked from using toilet tissues.

It is okay regarding the location. The room they offered us had NO WINDOWS AND NO VENTILATION SYSTEM. It was just a cave. When you ask them if you can switch to a room with window, they just tell you that you booked one without. So apparently, having a window and ventilation system is a privilege facility you have to check on Booking. You can change to one of the "VIP" rooms, which are big and for 4 people, but the price is 2.500.000 VND (100-120€) for 2 nights, which in Vietnam is really expensive. The cleaning service is beyond poor. They literally just left a new toilet roll. They didn't even make the bed. When we first asked to rent a motorbike, the guy at the reception said it was 200.000 Vnd. The next morning the girl at the reception said they didn't rent motorbikes. When we complained about the contradiction they just lent us one without gas and without explaining anything else. Ah, nobody speaks anything different than vietnamese. Breakfast is poor.

Location was at a very center of Đà Lạt. There is basement for cars as well. Facilities is good. Food is well prepared with high quality kitchen. Room is OK, looks nice but when I go to bed I figured out that the Bed blankets and pillows have smells, though not too much but since I am quite sensitive with bad smells, probably because the laundry was not good enough. So that night I could not sleep well. This is something the Hotel need to improve since they are good on all other things.
