Location The hotel refused to let us check in after we had already walked 1 km with two heavy backpacks. They claimed the price was wrong, but that was not our fault. Then they told us there were no rooms available—clearly, they just didn’t want to admit our booking. The way they treated us was completely unacceptable. We had to waste time and energy booking another hotel!!!

The staff in the reception was helpful and everytime you asked about something they tried to help. They were helpful when we wanted to organize a car for the family. Always polite The room, while it was spacious, was very noisy as the road was very busy all day.

N/A Both rooms we stayed had bad mildew smells which was very uncomfortable to sleep. We requested if they can change one of the room to different room however they refused. The hotel didn’t provide complimentary water or coffee/tea.
