Staff The room i had was in a garage behind/middle of fruit business. There had been sprayet so much insect poison in my room. That i started feel bad in few hours. I left without staying the night.

The owner was an incredibly nice and hospitable man! He gave us fruit and rice wine, as well as tried to converse with us as much as possible, even though he had to use Google Translate.

Location is good. They didn’t keep the room we booked. They said they contacted us but I received no email. The hotel uses garage as a fruit shop, very noisy late in the evening and from 4 AM on. No secured parking

Everything is perfect. It has a yard to hang on clothes and park your motor cycle. Nice hot water. Big room with window. Kind host. The best hotel in Vietnam!

Good price Clean Zero English No elevator (which would be not a bad thing in general but I got a room on the last floor,so bringing up and then down the suitcase was challenging). Obligation of taking of shoes - this is a hotel and not a Tempel or a privat house! Very far away from the downtown (old market) Bed hart like wooden

when I arrived at the OYO Hotel there was nobody on the reception. I eventually found a lady in the basement who ushered me to come with her. via translator I heard that the hotel has water/ toilet problems and cannot be used. The lady took me to another nearby accommodation. she seemed very concerned that I would pay the same amount here as was arranged online for the OYO hotel. in this place the family was very friendly. the accommodation had not been cleaned and was not cleaned during my stay . the room had no window. Despite all that I enjoyed my stay because of the friendliness of the family.

nothing Mouldy room with awful smell leaving me and my partner with bad throats. Bed was like a slab of concrete and the noise from the staff at 5am outside the room meant any chance of a proper sleep were completely ruined - AVOID!!

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We felt like part of the family. The hotel was very clean with a good location. Couldn't beat the price, great value! The beds are firm.
