Lovely workers, always eager to help using google translate, comfy beds and large relaxing shower head The listing states that the rooms are soundproofed, but they really aren’t. You can hear everything happening in the corridor and adjacent rooms clear as day

The hotel is owned by a kind, friendly family. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially to foreigners who are remote workers due to 1) no language barrier 2) good wifi and 4G signal (Viettel) 3) reasonably quiet 4) most rooms have a table and chairs to work at 5) Western style mattress. Corner room was a bit drafty on cold winter days

The description says sound proofed rooms, but they are definitely not soundproof. Crows and dogs can be heard as soon as the sun comes up, as well as your neighbors down the hall anytime of day. No air conditioning, either. Only fans.

Location is an issue. Restaurants are not readily available and especially for breakfast. Wish the hotel provided this either as part of the lodging cost or as an additional cost.
