As other people have said, the owner is a very kind lady. Also the location is a short walk to Cafe An, which is a great place to eat or have coffee, well as Starbucks or Macdonalds (about 1 km away). The room was clean and comfortable.

Exceptionally friendly staff that helped us with early check in, recommendations for activities and food spots as well as cheap scooter rental. Room was spacious and decently clean and provided towels, soap and toilet paper. The location is pretty central and close to the main attractions. The beds were a little bit hard and there were some stains on the pillow and bedsheet.

For me, it was a great location and easy to walk around the city. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Close to cafes and restos. No lift! And I was up on the 3rd floor.....

The lady running this business and her staff are absolute ANGELS! This is the kindest host I came across in 3 months trip around Vietnam and I didn't wanna leave. I had a few bad experiences in this country, but you can tell these people have a heart and it's not all about money.. First of all, she allowed me to have an early check-in free of charge, which I really appreciated after a night journey. She even upgraded me to a better room with a little balcony: rooms are spacious, new and beautifully decorated. I requested a quiet room and indeed it was quiet! Location is also great. I was afraid it'd be a bit far but it's only 10min walk from the city center and in a nice neighborhood. They took care of my stay from the beginning to the end. They also have cheap scooter for rent. I recommend this place a million times! .. that I had to leave ?

nothing sorry to write this, but extremely small and uncomfortable room, where you hear all the sounds from all the stairs and etages due to soundproofing lack. mine had no window!!! this should be stated in the subject, not somewhere with small letters. extremely small bathroom without hangers with no stable water temperature (too warm or too hot), no stable internet. too far away from centre and overpriced.

Amazing staff (although unpresent for most of the day, but don't you worry- they will give you their number and be there anytime you need them) ,comfy beds, as we also get free upgrade, two to choose from, nice balcony as a bonus and outstanding price. If you're travelling on a budget, don't hesitate, that's your place

It is definitely good value for money. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and nice. We rented a bike for good price from them. Recommended for short stays. The ventilation is not best, so it was really humid in the room and bathroom. OK for a short stay and manageable.

Room was very spacious, near the center, good restaurants and cafes around the corner, the couple was very nice and always available to help. There is no water heater in the bathroom.

The room is small but it has everything I need for a night in Dalat with that price. The staff is always available for support. I went back late and he was still waiting to open the door. Thanks.
