The staff were really friendly. They had limited English but no problems with communicating. Room was clean with a fan and had sufficient hot water. If you have a room at the back of the property you can hear music from restaurants etc. so if you’re sensitive to this ask for a room at the front.

The owner and their son were fantastic. The pillows are a bit small but other than that we liked our stay a lot. The friendliness of the owners is really what made it great. Nice, accommodating and super helpful. For the low price we loved it. Walking distance to the night market and tons of restaurants.

The host is friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, convenient for eating and moving. The room price is very cheap. A suitable choice for all of you. The receptionist can speak English so we were supported a lot.

Everything was perfect. Although some family members do not speak English, they make themselves understood and help you with anything you need. It's a quiet place and really close to everywhere walking.

It was relatively close to the city center - about 15 min walk - and in a quiet street. Fun local bar at the corner and very cheap. Our room was at the back and was very loud in the morning from the neighbouring street.

Very friendly staff, scooter rental at the hotel, good location with nearby eateries, nice creek for an after dinner walk. The beds can be a bit on the hard side if not used to travel in Vnam, towels could be of better quality.

Nice stay in Da Lat. There were 2 rooms free so they let us chose the one we preferred. Nice balcony view. Bed mattress a little hard. Motorbike parking. Cleanliness was okay, could have been a little better. There were a couple of small spiders here and there.

By far the best stay/experience I had in my whole time in Vietnam, the property was lovely and clean with great facilities! But really the Staff/Owners really did make it special, they were so accommodating, friendly and helpful with booking trips and transport! One of the days one of the Staff/Owners took us out for the day to a waterfall and showed us true Vietnamese culture which was the best experience! Overall I cannot recommend this property enough!! Nothing

We had a nice big room with window. Everything was very clean, there were enough towels, soaps, drinkwater etc. The owner was really friendly and helpfull. You can rent a scooter here for 150k per day, but the traffic in Da Lat is crazy! So be carefull. The hotel is a little far from the lake, its about 1.5 km, but because of the hills and busy traffic its a 45 min walk at least!
