The room is new, clean and tidy. The owner is very kind, she lets us have a late checkout without any extra charge.

We stayed 2 nights in the attic room. It was spacious and had a nice view overlooking the Mac Dinh Chi street. It was easy to access to Dalat downtown which was a few mins travel by taxi. The host was friendly and helpful. 1. No towel changes and room cleaning everyday. Is that something not expected for a homestay service? 2. There was no curtain to the balcony nearby, so the morning sun shone directly to the room, which was annoying for us 3. No lift/elevator though it was not a big deal for us

The room is clean, large and nice decor. The staff are very friendly, helpful. we arrived at 6am with no charge. They also have motorbikes for rent with cheap price. I will stay in this home again when i come back Dalat. Thank you! just a little loud speaking from another guest in midnight.

Nice, clean, hotel like room. Been there in feb. and the temperatures were totally fine without AC. Staff was very friendly and happy to helt us with laundry, scooter and recommodatiins to where to go and waht to see. Surrounding area feels pretty local, at least not many western tourists. Ventilation openings above the doors to the staircase, so you hear everything that happens in all the rooms in the staircase and in your own room. No shelfs or likewise to deposit your shower utilities. Bed rockhard (but thats common in Vietnam)

We had an amazing stay at Minh Uyen Homestay. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Our room was spotless clean, very comfortable, a lot of space and natural light. It had a desk for us to work that we appreciated. Bathroom very clean as well, with a great shower. Strong water pressure and hot water. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely nothing. everything was perfect.

Location was great, in neighbourhood about 10mins from main area. Overall much quieter than in main town. Room upgrade kindly given. Attentive helpful staff (ordered taxi for us on our last day) and useful small grocery store below accommodation for water/snacks etc. Nice bubble tea and local cuisine restaurant (Cơm Gà Cô Hoa Quán) just down the road which was convenient (note google maps actually has accomodation on wrong side of the road which is confusing to get your initial bearings). No ventilation in the bathroom which lead to musty smell overall in the room. Mildew/mould on the walls in bathroom and corners of room. Stained couch. Overall just more run down than in photos. Stated daily house keeping but only had twice in four night stay. Cigarette smell wafts up through main corridor into room at times. Loud on the first night (Sunday) with karaoke near by (despite stated as sound proofed), but other nights not loud.

We enjoyed our stay here - the room is cozy and comforable, with large bed (for some people, the bed can be hard). It was possible to park the motorcycle right in the entrance, at the groundfloor, there is small cheap grocery, owned by the hosts. Right next to the hotel is an amazing Pho restaurant. There were some hair on the floor at the bathroom, the Wi-Fi was unstable. In the corridor, there was often noise during the night hours, which was a little bit disturbing (we used earplugs).

Excellent. Amazing value for money. Very friendly host. I booked a room for my parents for 2 nights, and they were very happy. A+++. Highly recommend ? Nothing to complain.

So close to everything you need to visit in Dalat, and feels like home more than a hotel, the lady is nice A bit noisy early in the morning
