Big room size, nice view and balcony (top floor room), AMAZING HOST family. Many small details I appreciated: furniture, artwork, soap tray, 2 dust-bins, comfy clean slippers, free coffee, kitchen access, drinking water filter, small evening "mood light'. Tai and his parents made me feel more at home than my actual home.. with real conversation, helpful tips for activities, and even invited me and other guests to share meals and go play pool... just wow! Nothing at all

This is one of the cleanest budget-friendly hotels I've stayed at in Southeast Asia.

The staff at Gia Pham are outstanding! I was able to leave my luggage with them while waiting until the room was ready. And they had taken my heavy suitcase up to my room on the 4th floor for me when it was ready (no elevator). Tai was extremely helpful and gave recommendations on where to eat or activities to do. I was offered tea or water whenever I was in the lobby. The bed was one of the comfiest I've had in over a month of traveling. Tai was also very accommodating to my 5am check out.

It was really clean, and the family is so nice. The WiFi is strong and reliable. There is also consistent hot water. Tai speaks English and can help you with recommendations and bus tickets.

Lovely little guesthouse run by a very friendly owner. Room and bathroom were clean. It s situated in a quiet side road, 15 mins walk to the lake. Free coffee available. Laundry can be done across the road at a very reasonable price. Would stay here again. Nothing

Staying at this place was an incredible experience, mainly because of the amazing hosts. They took great care of me, were always helpful, and constantly radiated positive energy that really lifted my spirits. There’s free water, tea, and coffee available, and the garden is filled with the beautiful scent of flowers. The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep – it’s a true oasis of hospitality.

I loved staying here, it has everything you need. A lot of space, hot shower, and free coffee. Tai and all of the family are very kind. Best value/price I’ve had in Vietnam.

Amazing value for money. Tai was super helpful and his family were lovely. Extra positive was having unlimited free/filtered water. If you’re staying in Da Lat, this is your place! Everything was great!

Fabulous stay at Gia Pham! Lovely family run hotel. Hosts went above and beyond offering local recommendations which were a highlight of our stay. Ideal location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would love to return again.

The staff; really looked after their guests, way more than anywhere else. Extremely good value; huge room. Everything perfect; even carried my bag up to the 3rd floor Nothing; it’s a bit of a treat to the centre, not a problem with a bike.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable stay with amazing host! We had a late sleeper bus booked the day we checked out and because our room wasn’t booked the host let us keep it until our bus!
