The location The room had food in the fridge the room Stunk of rotten food I called reception and told them about it she came down and took it out of the fridge and left without a word. The room the next day wasn’t made up or cleaned at all the room stunk. There is no fans or aircon and it stunk of mould The place is so noisy couldn’t sleep The room I paid more for has a bath which has. I hit water and the drain is in a corner and the water inundated the whole bathroom so u have to take about half an hour to drain bath The breakfast is terrible There were dirty towels in the bathroom This is not a four star hotel

Great location to the night market restaurant's and shops the staff were great especially the receptionist The lonkey key I understand the function of the wooden piece it's just a pain to have to carry it around

They serve really good food. Didn’t want to go out to mainland for meals All the staff were very attentive, friendly and kind except one who served eggs during breakfast. She was making face all the time she served visitors. Very bad attitude.

The hotel is really beautiful,feels like living in the garden.Every staff there are very nice,help us a lot. The two ladies at the reception , the staff who help us booked our bus tickets, the uncle who rented the motorcycle to us, really appreciate their help.:D

This hotel reminds me of Bana Hills in Danang exceeeept done much better and really so much detail put into creating a vintage looking hotel. The place holds a lot of charm and the owner has obviously got some taste for the classical antiques. There is parking available although i was on my bike both times so there is a small area for bikes if needed and the porter keeps an eye on things. Location wise it is on a small incline, nothing difficult, and there are two routes to get down. One of the routes is in the adjacent alley. Nearby there are some good food options, and cocktail bars. The nightmarket area is 10 minutes walk. Because it is not immediately close to the action the noise levels are low. The hotel is not perfect but for the price it is reasonable and better than the small viet hotels nearby where the sleep would be even more painful due to their matresses. Due to the effort put in making this hotel look antique, the rooms sometimes feel uncomfortable. I been twice to this hotel. The first time the temperature was fine but the second time it was cold at night and there is no heater available. The bathroom the second time I went had a useless wooden bathtub which made it awkward to take a shower. The bed and mattress is fine but the pillows are massively uncomfortable unless you like having your neck at strong angle. I ended up rolling up a towel and using that instead of the pillows. The second time i stayed the sockets in the room did not work, I had to fiddle around with one just to get it working. The TVs in the room are rubbish. Absolutely useless and budget brand which offers nothing. No netflix, workable youtube or channels. I don't sit in my room to watch tv but i do like background noise when resting or getting changed. The coffee is really bad, and breakfast mediocre. More suited to local tastes.

An amazing collection of antique devices. Old record players, cars, bike, lamps, typewriters and the lift is something from another time all together. Loved this place. My best hotel in my life Rooms were a little noisy from the traffic Breakfast was a little monotonous but a good fill up in the morning.

Room noise isolation is not good. We can't hear the other room laugh and TV. Otherwise, everything is excellent
