The location was excellent and the staff were very polite.

The staff could not have been more helpful, our room was on the 5th floor and the balcony was amazing. The room was great, location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay We paid for breakfast, but upon check in we were given a bit of paper that you had to just pick 1 thing plus a drink. Save your money on brekkie there is an amazing bakery right across the road

The hotel is close to the night market the hotel room is quite dirty, stinky and smells so bad. Firstly, after I booked the room, hotel contacted me and asked me to finish my payment by charging on my credit card which I used when I made the booking. (This is what I'm considering my card was leaked to other hotels as well, need an explanation from Booking.com) Secondly, the hotel doesn't have twin rooms, but when I asked to change from a double room to twin room, they said ok but upgraded mine to a triple room, which means I have to pay a fee to upgrade. And one more thing, the reception girl told me that after collecting our ID cards they just need to register, and then if we need, they can send them back. But until the date that we check out, when I asked to collect all of our ID cards, the reception guy told us they need to keep them until the last room check-out. This is ridiculous.

The location is great, close to Da lat market and all the popular food around. The staff was great too. The facilities are not new.

staffs are nice & helpful. Room is big & comfortable. location is closed enough to walk to the night market around 5 minutes. it was pretty nice staying there. nothing dislike so far. Very worthy
