No breakfast there. # Walking distances to Da lat market which also where the night-market is; lake Xuan Huong; GO mall; family restaurants ; one of the biggest bakery Lien Hoa. # Very noisy because my room is at the front, opposite to a bigger hotel and some nearby hotels and two sides are separated by a narrow street. Not much privacy there! This hotel also situated near the end of a slope where automobiles need to use more power to go up. Better Wifi

I would like its location and its name of "Thanh Thanh"! It should be better if the Hotel did not send me a letter of cancellation overnight and received at 4 AM next morning (the date we left our previous City for it)! Why did you not know that we could not get the booked rooms?

Lady on the desk was very nice and helpful and gave us a free upgrade on our room for a much bigger room.

The cleaning service is not really good. Still have dust, hair falls under the bed. The towel has some stains

We were able to book great tours through the hotel itself and location was decent enough to get around on foot. Rooms don't match the images shown, the bed was rock solid and smaller than what expected. The TV didn't work, after speaking to the hotel a few times they finally got it fixed by replacing it with a new one.

Good location. Friendly staff. Allowed us to keep our bags there before check in. No drain at the shower and no curtain/door at shower so entire bathroom floods and gets soaked with every shower. Dirty bed sheets. No curtains/blinds on window. We were in bed one evening and another guest accidentally came in to our room - her key card worked on our door.

Good location but quiet and great price. Very firm beds and no air conditioning but can’t complain for price paid!

Great place to stay for a few nights while in da lat and staff are really friendly :)

TV, bed was comfortable and shower room worked well. A little road noise at night, also the owners I assume live in the rafters. I could hear people moving furniture on more than one night at 3am which woke me and kept me awake a good hour.
