Orchid (the owner) and her family were absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure our stay was pleasant. The hotel itself is nice: it's clean, comfortable, and centrally located without being too noisy or chaotic. But I think what really makes it different from other big hostels or hotels was the attentiveness and hospitality that Orchid and her family provided. From the beginning, she gave us her Whatsapp number so we could be communicate with her at any time, anywhere. When the shower broke (my fault), she immediately jumped in to get it fixed so we wouldn't be without. She got our laundry cleaned for us and returned promptly the same day. She was an excellent hostess and really took care of us

Very helpful staff. You can rent a scootie from the owner for cheap as well. They didn't charge us for laundry as good will. It's def value for money so nothing to dislike

Great location, right in the center, 5min walk from night market. Good price. Owner has a bike to rent, so no need to search around.

+ Super friendly host (Lan) who went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay + Excellent Wi-Fi connection + Scooter rental available for a very fair price (120,000 VND/day), and the scooter was in great condition + Central location with good access to the area + Host proactively helped with directions upon arrival - The entrance goes through the family’s living room, which may be uncomfortable for guests staying on the ground floor due to noise from the TV, especially in the evening - Shower pressure was low, and the water stream was oddly sharp and uncomfortable — could benefit from an upgrade - The property can be a bit tricky to find, as the Google Maps location and Booking.com pin are slightly off

Really good location with very friendly owners. Close to the night market and bars/restaurants. Very googld value for money. Standard room was a little small but the owner asked if we would like to move to a bigger room. We decided to stay with the smaller room and it was fine for the amount of time we spent there

We get the room earlier. The bathroom was really dirty with a lot of hair everywhere. We get the room downstairs and it was so cold and noisy as it's opens on the entrance and we can't closed the window. The bathroom (and toilet) is not separate from the room (not really nice for the privacy). We ask for a room for 3, if we were really 3 we don't know where the third person will sleep. We asked for a motorbike, they said everything on the city was full, we find it by ourselves in 2 minutes.

The location was quite central. The family was very nice. The cleanliness of the accommodation was extremely praised and emphasized in the other reviews. We experienced the complete opposite. Everything in the room was dirty. Stains everywhere. The toilet had not been wiped down for several months. The worst thing, however, was a huge mold stain on the mattress of one of the beds. Fortunately there were two beds in the room. We considered changing hotels after seeing the rooms, but ended up staying for the two nights. Contrary to the name (hotel), it is a homestay. If you come home a little later in the evening/night, you have to let them know via WhatsApp so that they can let you in, which is not ideal.

The hotel was very central and a great location for coffee, cafes, restaurants, night market and the lake. The room was really clean and fresh towels provided everyday. Lan was an amazing host. She spoke good English and was really polite, really helpful and communicative with us via the messaging service. She asked us what we needed in the room everyday, booked motorbikes and taxis for us and told us about events happening in Dalat. She was really lovely and the hotel was exceptional value for money.

I had a great experience here. The owners are very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I wanted. The room had two sets of windows, so it was bright and airy. The hotel will help you with renting scooters, tours and bus journeys. Just ask, and they are very willing to help. The bed is frim, but similar to other beds I've had in Vietnam. The owner offered to make the mattress softer, but for me, I was happy with the firm mattress. The location is perfect, within minutes of the night market. Cafes, bakery, and food are at the doorstep. When I come back to Da Lat, this will be where I stay. I recommend this accommodation. It is very good value for money. Can be a little hard to find at first, but just follow Google maps, and you will find it. Once you understand the area, you know it is in a great location. ?

Perfect location within walking distance from the lake, markets, amazing bakery, coffee shops, etc. The hosts were lovely and helped us organise a bus for a great price! A little noisy in the morning sometimes.

The receptionist spoke great English and was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, absolutely zero traffic noise. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Very nice decorated Hotel, room spacious whith windows on 2 sides. Family hotel, owner very helpfull and friendly, gave information about Dalat what to do and where. Provides various excurtions. Room clean, with eveyting you need for your personal care. Owner was ready to change the matress if it was too hard for me. No breakfast available. I have enjoyed my stay there Nothing I am aware of. Maybe the location, not easy to find. During my stay the renovation works of the next door hotel caused some noise. Limited damage.
