Great location. Lovely staff. So friendly & helpful. Large room with the best hot shower. Great cafes nearby. Really good value. We had a double bed each!!

Very nice staff, very helpful, they do nit speak English well, but we used smartphone translation.

The customer service is so friendly and they really help us a lot. They also help us to booking the bus ticket and communicate with the Vietnamese.

The price of the room was good and the bathroom was great. Location was very central and close to nice restaurants and shopping options.

The location is much better than it is described. It is located in a calm and beautiful corner of the city surrounded by pins and street food stands. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Of course, we cannot forget the presence of their husky who is too cute to be ignored. Highly recommended this destination.

The room is nice and quiet,spacious with windows overlooking.Large TV with Netflix, fridge and cup noodles provided.The restroom is clean and private.Best recommendation.

The accommodation is very comfortable, fully equipped with amenities such as hot water, dryer, kettle, mineral water, personal hygiene. Room was super cheap compared to what I got.

Nice enough . Felt a bit quiet . We were the only ones on our floor so was a bit of a strange energy and there was no window in our room so was a bit enclosed . Other than that , good location .

Location is great near the market and center. What i like the most is when they arrange for my motorbike request. Plus the fact that they have an english speaking staff and very accommodating owner.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the shower worked well and a fan was provided as there is no air conditioner (not really needed in Dalat’s climate). Location was excellent. Nothing to complain about

Good location with the option to rent fantastic bikes to go further. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Sometimes you can hear people next door, depends if they are loud or not!

Lovely owner and staff Booked a room with a balcony, however on arrival the hotel did not have any rooms matching this description (during my travels in SE Asia over the last 9 months this is a common misconception in hotels on this Booking platform), I also found the bed uncomfortable however for the price and location the hotel was lovely.

We really liked our stay at hotel Pansy. Communication with the staff was easy, the hotel is very close to everything in Da Lat (and even though the surrounding area is busy, the place is quiet), and the room is on the smaller side but clean and with comfortable beds. Great views from our room too! For a budget traveller, there's nothing more you could wish for.

The location is great. From me, it was central to everything I wanted to see, and there is a wonderful cafe across the street that other people cross the city to visit. Rooms were large and comfortable with great views of the city. The owner is very friendly and proud of her shoe/clothing collection on display in the lobby. She is very helpful with anything you need. At times it could be loud from traffic outside or loud guests above us. Some chairs/table in the lobby would make it a nice place to meet other travelers.
