we chose this hotel based on all the positive reviews we read and indeed, this hotel did not disappoint. Location is great, rooms are good, and an unexpected bonus was finding that the An cafe was merely 60m from the hotel. We had a group of 15 and we all enjoyed our stay here.

The room was very quiet, clean, large, and beautiful. There were flowers in the room. The location is in the city center and very convenient to restaurants and ATMs.

It’s centrally located, 1 km from lake and has good restaurants all around. Nothing to not like.

The location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted. Mr Do the manager was awesome . With the help of a translator app , he helped us with tours and transport. And he was always smiling. The safe in our room didn't work.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Carita Hotel! I would absolutely recommend booking this hotel for a stay in Da Lat. The owner was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. He was always smiling and very kind in answering any questions we had. He made us feel really welcomed here. The room was much larger and more luxurious than I had expected. Very big and comfortable! Incredibly clean! Shower was hot and powerful! There are a lot of hotels in Da Lat, so it can be hard to choose one. But I'm very happy to have selected the Carita Hotel & will come back here again the next time I am in Da Lat! Everything was great!

Owner: Mr Do and family were very professional and extremely dedicated in providing top notch services for their guests. He will check on your well-being and offer any assistance if needed when you are out and about. It is the little genuine gestures that we really appreciate :) Hotel: Room 503 is clean (inspect under the bed and it tells all), comfortable bed, bathroom no issues with plumbing. Small TV with English channels. This hotel does not have a restaurant. Location: 10 minutes walk to City centre & Night market. Small convenient shops nearby to pick up extra water/sodas, snacks, basic drystores/amenities etc. Popular Lien Hoa bakery (5am to 1am) and AN Cafe (Western & Local fare) close proximity for your breakfast fix. Local eateries around as well. Noise: Trraffic volume dips after 8pm. Hotel is not situated near major roads or traffic junctions. None.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location, everything was spotless, and the daily room cleaning with fresh towels and water was a nice touch. The host was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and very helpful. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! Nothing everything was great.

The best stay in all of Vietnam for us! Can’t believe it is 2 stars it feels like 4! The staff are lovely, it is so clean. The room not only was restocked everyday but cleaned to the highest standard. The bed was so comfy as were the pillows. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough Nothing it’s amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was lovely. This is a must for this property. It was close to a range of eating cafes and restaurants and some great coffee outlets. The staff where very helpful and gracious. We would have not hesitations in staying there again. Overall Da Lat was the highlight of our visit to Vietnam. Not really

Location! to the night market.. An Cafe..Highlands Coffee…Halal restaurant…Lien Hoa bakery Not really about what i didn’t like since i know this beforehand but fyi - if you book the room with balcony, you need to be ready sleeping with the typical Viet Nam street noise “the honking”.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the center. The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel and the room are very clean. A room is dedicated to ironing, kitchen if needed...

Such a lovely little hotel. Facilities are clean and modern and the rooms are really very nice. Best value hotel we have stayed in in SE Asia so far. Reception was very helpful (with the use of Google translate). If you are looking for a room that is actually even better than the online photos (rather than worse, which seems to be common), definitely book this hotel. Excellent location too. Loved everything.
