Everything was a described, clean, close to everything.

Very clean, great location for walking to night market and Xuân Hương lake! Also, great breakfast with different varieties! Kim Phương chef’s food was tasty and she was very sweet when serving us! There was no AC but I expected due to its location.

The hotel is really close to the central market. A lot of shops in which you can find anything; foods, souvenirs, local products… The location is convenient, indeed. Our room had a window and a nice balcony facing on the Main Street. The room was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was good and abundant; a nice rule is to finish what you get to avoid wasting of food…very appreciated by me and my family. The staff is warm and welcoming.

The shower got very warm but never hot. The breakfast buffet is extensive but there were very few options for westerners. They also have the same things every day. The smoking section is on the front porch in front of the lobby. They leave the doors open so sometimes the smoke drifts into the lobby and breakfast area.

Clean and friendly staff I accidentally booked a small room and it is really small but that’s my fault

All the staff is quite courteous and helpful. Hotel won't charge you extra for anything. When they book you your taxi, you pay directly to the driver. And the rate is the same if you booked any taxi yourself. Plenty of walking and climbing steps around town for elderly person like me. Luckily, there are plenty of Grab cars around.

The Hotel had a great look and ambiance to it Great position close to markets and the lake all within walking distance couple of nice eateries close by also No air conditioning even in a cooler climate would of been nice to cool the room to start with was comfortable enough at night with the fan First day’s breakfast was nothing special Second day was great as they had more guest and more food options

1. Location was excellect about 10 mins walk to the night market. 2. Good value for the price you pay. 3. Rooms was big but no windows for certain rooms. 4. There was many restaurants & cafes within walking distance. 5. Breakfast was sufficient for us to start the day. 1. Room service was not excellent. The toilet rolls was not replenish & we had to get from housekeeping 2. Walls are thin. We could hear noises of people talking loudly & children screaming throughout late at night until early morning hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Night Market, offering easy access to the area. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was impeccably clean. One aspect I found inconvenient was the bathtub shower in my room. Its height made it challenging to climb into, which might not be suitable for older guests.

The owners and staff were wonderful. Excellent service and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

Rooms were great. Very comfy. Breakfast was lovely. There was a room safe listed on the sheet of rules I signed but there wasn’t actually a safe available in the room.

It was a good quiet location. 5 minutes walk to main shopping, markets etc. The room was clean but dated. No a/c but had a fan. Nice big window but not much of a view. Breakfast was not good. Being from UK its not what we are used to but I'm sure other nationalities enjoyed it more. Just did a 5 * Hotel in Nha Trang for less money so we were biased right away as standards were much lower.
