Awesome staff and amazing rooms, great location, just a great spot!

The host is very nice and accommodating. The room was even bigger and more spacious in person compared to what it looked like in the pictures. The pillows were very comfortable. Each guest got their own set of keys. Daily complimentary water/tea/coffee. The elevator/lift was helpful. Having access to Netflix was great. The mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking but that is very common in Vietnam/SE Asia. A separate hand towel for the bathroom would be nice.

I had a wonderful experience at Villa Pink House. Ms. Yuna is the most gracious and welcoming host, willing to help in any way and a joy to talk with. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the balcony offered a terrific view of Da Lat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I thought my stay was terrific value for money and I can't recommend VPH enough. Nothing at all. I liked everything.

Wonderful staff who was very friendly, offered recommendations and were accommodating, went out of their way to help (laundry, changing room for neighbor noise, transportation suggestions/ticketing etc). Property in traditional villa, not modern, but comfortable, clean, well organized. Felt at home here so we extended our stay for several days. The netflix addition was great. Proximity to lots of shops/restaurants, hospital, laundry place etc but quiet given location in alley. Can walk to most places, but recommend renting motorbike (can be organized by owners, but we chose to rent on our own through google at Hai's Motorbike Rentals which was simple and cheaper and they bring the moped to and pick up from the property!) to get around and visit the outskirts of Dalat. Weather in Dalat was a great reprieve from the rest of hot Vietnam! In general, no major complaints, but some things which would make the experience better would be screens on windows screen to allow opening them to allow fresh air without worrying about mosquitoes/bugs to come in. The bedding was too soft for our comfort, but this is a personal preference.

Our stay in Villa Pink House was truly exceptional and we gladly recommend it to everyone! Ms. Yuna and the employees are very kind, friendly and helpful. The room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony and beautiful view of the city and mountains. There is also a storage room in the villa with extra supplies and snacks to buy which is very convenient. I'm not much of a TV person, but thanks to available Netflix I had a chance to watch a Vietnamese movie which was another great way how to explore local culture in different way. Thank you for everything, we would be happy to stay here again!

Yuna and her family are amazing hosts, and the hotel is an amazing deal for an affordable price. Located on a quiet side street, but close to many restaurants and a pleasant 15-minute walk to Đà Lạt center Really no complaints!

Exceptional

This was our favorite stay of our three weeks in Vietnam. Among all of the lovely, helpful, kind and hospitable hosts (hostesses, really) of the homestays we used in Vietnam, Yuna eclipsed them all with her gentle and effective hospitality. She would help you with anything you ever needed, great suggestions for what to do, perfect new scooter for rent, many great suggestions for your stay in the area. Great English communication via WhatsApp. This is a true family business and she is incredible. The place is clean, well-maintained, and simple. Only five rooms are used for overnight guests, so it is very quiet. The building is solid and no sound would get through any walls anyway! We had a lovely balcony and view over the city. The location is ideal, right near the center of town but tucked away up a small dead-end street so it's very quiet. Super safe with a gate locked at night and locked front door, but the neighborhood feels very safe anyway. Coffee shops and mini-marts and restaurants and the main market all within 5 minutes. No breakfast onsite, but you can use a for-guests kitchen if you like and there is a ton of breakfast possibilities very close by. She has an honor-system room on the guest floor with snacks, cold drinks, fresh towels, laundry service, umbrellas to borrow, etc. which was so thoughtful and useful! And not priced higher than the mini-mart. No wonder she has many repeat guests and fast friends among the folks she has hosted. Oh, and she is related to Mr. Rot of Mr. Rot's Secret Tour, which was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam, so you can book it through her.

Great stay at the Villa Pink House! The owners are very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. If I ever come back to Dalat, I will be happy to stay there again!

We were lucky to have the room 305, which has a balcony perfectly located for sunsets over the mountains. The room is nice with a large and comfortable bed. The furniture is from beautiful wood. The villa itself is very pretty as well. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the poor sound insolation. If you happen to get noisy neighbors, your stay won't be peaceful. That said, overall, our stay was amazing with incredible value for money. An easy recommendation.

Exceptional

The most comfortable bed on my whole trip! Yuna was super helpful and gave me lots of useful information about Dalat and some great restaurant recommendations. No breakfast at the hotel but there were lots of good places to eat nearby.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was in a good position, a close walk to some shops and restaurants. Snacks and drinks are available 24 hours , with an honesty box. Also, a microwave with plates and bowls, etc. The family that runs the hotel were always friendly and helpful. They also offered to arrange tours for us. Our room had a small balcony which had nice views and caught the sun. The shower was hot and powerful. The rooms are reached by a lift or stairs. Nothing.

I felt like at home. They are great and friendly. I really want to be back.

Excellent facilities, spacious room (mine was standard), with everything you need from Soap to fridge. Amazing view of the city, good location - quiet although at walking distance from main attractions. And most importantly, premium service by the owner! I needed to check in early and she was super helpful, then assisted me with booking the bus and many more tips! I’d love to come back and stay here! Nothing at all

There do not exist sufficient words or for me to adequately express my appreciation & admiration for my hosts at this hotel as well as the hotel itself. But I will try. This is a family owned hotel with exceptional service and care for its guests. You will feel more at home than at a hotel. I am a retired and widowed 77 year old Canadian man solo travelling for pleasure and foreign and exotic experiences. I needed some special help graciously provided with no expectation of return. Please read on. First, the hotel. It provides extraordinarily quiet comfort in this special of all Vietnamese cities. English is spoken by my hostess and her family. Tucked away from the noise and bustle of the traffic, yet within 5 or 20 minutes walking to every city centre site which one could possibly wish to visit, including the incredible Central market, the Lake, Pagodas, etc, etc, it is also surrounded within a block or two by every sort of shop or service one could desire from the street culture. Cleanliness is first rate with room service daily. Coffee, tea, bottled water, an honour snack supply room, kettle, refrigerator and TV, Netflix, YouTube Wifi, of course. The offer of a guest kitchen should you wish. Nighttime security ís assured with your digital entrance key. All at an exceptionally reasonable price. I leave the rest of the hotels amenities for you to discover. AS TO MY DIFFICULTIES. I abused by left foot ankle tendons by over exertion. Very painful, disabling and depressing. I was taken by my hostess to her Dr. within a block or so, diagnosed, treated and given prescription medication without hesitation. 19 Canadian dollars. Beyond that, my hostess has been bringing me a variety of prepared Vietnamese dishes daily which of course I would never have discovered by myself. Nor been able to arrange for myself. And is adamant in refusing any compensation for this exceptional care. I am recovering daily thanks only to these wonderful people and this wonderful place. There is nothing to dislike.

Great location, even though it’s close to the hospital, I didn’t experience noise during the night. The staff was super helpful. We got upgraded to a nice room and got great recommendations for food and tours, also she booked bus tickets for us. Next to our room, there was a room with food, plates, bowl and cutlery. We did the Mr Rot‘s secret tour, which I would highly recommend to you, it’s a unique experience to get to know the culture.

Booked for 3 nights and stayed for 10. A lovely clean and comfortable room in a beautiful family home. The hospitality and kindness from Yuna, her mother and family is heartfelt.
