The rooms are clean and spacious. Check-in and out was a breeze. Loved that gated parking lot as well. And, of course, best neighborhood. Will be back!

I have never stayed at a property like this and I've been all over the world staying at some of the most exclusive places on earth. Attention to details is second to none here!

This was a truly unique experience that we definitely plan to do again when we visit Dallas. The property was clean, well-kept, stylish, and SO quiet! The pool was a nice amenity to have as well.

Need more parking

Very clean room. Smart A/C . Great parking, very well lighted . Very close to the Bishop Arts shops, restaurants and bars. I guess the “noise restriction” policy really works because we had a very relaxing night . Highly recommend. I will definitely come back.

This was my 2nd stay here, and absolutely love the convenience of the easy contactless check in, and being within just minutes of the Texas Theatre. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Bishop Arts District. A++

Loved my stay super clean and comfy

The place is very private and quaint for a nice little getaway. The pool was a nice feature as well. Very good communication with the property. Only complaint is the shower no mater what we did it leaked water out while showering. This isn’t a big deal to me so much so I would stay there again.

No one on site. Had to call a number while standing under the hot sun to understand everything is self serve and no one onsite to help answer questions.

Beautiful decor and everything was very pleasant. Offsite staff was very helpful with any questions I had. One thing that I noticed however is there was no normal cream for coffee. Many are not vanilla or flavored cream lovers so it seems odd to not offer plain... a minor but semi important thing.

ONCE I Was Able To Actually Locate It And Get Inside The Room, I Enjoyed The Beauty Inside, The Small Number Of KIND People I Met There As Well!! The Incredible DIFFICULTY Locating The Place AND The Difficulty In Finding WHERE The Parking Lot Is At Along With Getting Through The Gate. Absolute Failure At Wifi.. Which Was The BIGGEST Problem For ME!!! I Wasn’t Able To Even Pull Up Directions On HOW To Get The UT Southwestern Medical Center The Next Morning!!! That Made It Impossible For Me To SLEEP… Not Knowing How Long It Will Take For Me To Drive There In The Morning For My Appointment!! I Actually Left Earlier Than Needed Due To That Issue. Also The Bathroom Needed Repairs! The Toilet Paper Holder Was Falling Out Of The Wall, The Toilet Flush Would Not Stop Unless I Returned To Lift The Flush Handle Several Times!!!!
