Great hotel and location. Easy access for our visit to Dallas to visit my daughter. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained, with great city views.
-
Nice room, well located close to a nice mall
-
Excellent hotel. While there for my stay they had construction taken place at the entrance but other than that the stay was excellent
-
Only issue was bathtub /shower made lots of noise like it was about to fall apart I didn’t feel comfortable or safe in it when I was showering

The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

There are reviews that indicate there is a pool- there is not. There are reviews that indicate the facility have a well-equipped gym- there is a gym, with essential items, but overall is minimal. The real kicker for the low rating however is more related to my “neighbors”. They were having a full on party with music blasting (could be heard IN the elevator and all the way down the hall). I just happened to be right next door, so I also got the smoke (in what should have been a non-smoking room), crashing noises, screaming/chanting/yelling, and slamming doors. The hotel staff did attend to intervene, but it was short lived. We endured this from 7:25pm until almost midnight, then it started back again at 3am and didn’t stop until about 5am. At check out, the staff said “sorry about the rough night, everyone was complaining!”…. That was it… I would not call that customer service sadly! The folks who caused the disruption should have been removed, without the option to return that same stay!!! They should also be ashamed of themselves, but the hotel could have done more.

There was construction at the entrance that was not disclosed in the description. All the luggage carriers were being used for an extended period. The bell hop refused to help with luggage. Just a bad experience. I did get a refund though.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was evident that great care is taken to ensure guests have a positive experience. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Their hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dallas area and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very nice! Was clean, not over fragranced and quiet on 14th floor. Safe.
-
What we also appreciated was free parking which is becoming more rare in cities these days.

I've had a great stay overall so far! There was one minor issue with the evening shift worker on the 22nd. The woman in the lobby was quite forceful and that was something I didn't appreciate, additionally she slandered my actions by lying to one of her publically saying that I "came down here acting crazy" after I simply stating a few things. One) that I'd like a new keyholder for my room keys, Two) that I'd prefer if she only texted me once about the food. I was working, working out and cleaning up. I didn't feel great after the interaction, it wasn't professional at all. I'd like this addressed with management. Abdul if possible. Abdul was kind, service oriented and nice upon arrival, and throughout the stay. I appreciated the extra cookie, as well as the room upgraded.

The view from the higher floors are amazing. I wish there were a microwave inside of the room, but other than that, I will book again.
