Ashley at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY the best! Her personality and warm hospitality made me feel great about the hotel! I had to call down to the front desk because the AC was NOT Cold AT ALL! My room temp never went below 70 my ENTIRE stay! I had to call down a second time because the TV kept saying it was off line! The third complaint was the damn dogs barking all times of the night! Maintenance was ok the first time he came to the room but had his hands on his hips the second time he was called like we were disturbing him! The guy that answered the phone at the front desk sounded like he had an attitude because I called down a second time!. I was NEVER offended an change of rooms!

Staff was nice. Room reeked of cigarettes. The pool was a hostile environment. My kids and I didn't feel safe because other hotel guests were heavily drinking, smoking marijuana and rough housing. My kids and I ended up leaving the pool and going back to our room. We solely booked the hotel for the pool experience and the fact we didn't even get to enjoy it ruined our entire experience.
