Parking is terrible! The website says "valet parking is available" when it's actually the ONLY option with the hotel! There is a public parking lot, not related to the hotel and not monitored, somewhere behind the hotel that people can park in, which is not a safe neighborhood to leave a car. So the website is misleading. It's $55/night plus tax and tips which the workers mention frequently. I contacted Expedia regarding this misrepresentation but they would not do anything about it. The room was a nice size and breakfast was good. The last night our whole floor and room stunk of sewage. When I called to the front desk, they offered to move us but only had rooms for 2 people and we had 3 in our party. She then said she would leave a note for the manager but we were never contacted. Had we known the only option for safe parking was valet, we would stayed somewhere else.

Only thing was there was no information on where the ice machines were! They are on odd floors!

Air conditioner doesn’t work it was a very warm 78 our whole stay. The room is located on the 11th floor right next to the parking garage they use for valet. At five AM the car alarms started. I’m assuming valet locates the parked cars by using the panic button on the keys due to the non stop car alarms that you can hear loud and clear from said room. Staff was awesome. Room was terrible.

No wifi, breakfast was good. The staff were amazing, just really bummed there was no wifi at all during my entire trip

I liked this hotel. Very clean and well maintained with a spacious breakfast area. The parking valet remain busy so I would have some patience with them or request sooner. I would stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and warm, always willing to help Sadly the breakfast was a bit bland I did not use the parking facilities

Parking is expensive. Our room had a wet spot in the carpet, a side lamp did not work, and the ice machine on floor 7 was not working.

No wi fi for my entire stay. I parked valet. On the second night my vehicle could not be accessible The gate was not able to open due to network issues . I was advised to get an Uber. I missed my restruant reservation.

The location is the best part of this experience. That's all. First, the coffee machine in the room was probably the worst one I have ever seen. Frankly, it would have been better not to have one at all. It was difficult to call it a proper coffee machine, and even more difficult to call what came out of it coffee. Another issue was housekeeping. There were notices by the sink stating that the room would be serviced daily, including making the bed, removing trash, and replacing towels. We stayed at the hotel for two days, and none of this happened at any point before we checked out. We also wanted to visit the pool after seeing the photos online. We asked the front desk whether bathrobes were available, but there were none. We were told to use the towels from our room instead, which was not particularly convenient considering that our towels had not been replaced due to the lack of housekeeping. The pool area itself was also extremely hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The food selection was extremely limited. The options included bagels that you could toast yourself, an omelet or boiled eggs, potatoes, and pork sausages. The eggs in particular were very poor. For drinks, there was basic filter coffee of very low quality or juice that tasted excessively sugary. The most popular breakfast option seemed to be the waffles, which guests could make themselves using the waffle maker. The breakfast area itself was also far too small for the number of guests. It became crowded very quickly, people could barely pass each other, and simply preparing your breakfast. One more point is the so-called “free Wi-Fi.” Yes, you can connect to it, but in order to do so you are asked to provide personal information, including your phone number, email address, full name, and home address. In practice, you are exchanging your personal data for internet access, while also agreeing to receive advertising and marketing communications afterward. Is that really “free” Wi-Fi?
