Clean and staff was friendly. The bath tub in my room had rust spots on the floor of the tub. The enamel was so worn you could see the gray dark primer beneath the faded white.

I love everything about this hotel. will definitely book again. Rooms were cleaned well. Loved the amenities. the room did have a stuffy smell. I did but plug ins to help but room was very clean.

The staff at the front desk, general appearance of the property and the location. Room odor / uncomfortable bed (mattress too hard, Pillows too small and soft)/ only one caffeine regular coffee, the rest decaf in the room on arrival. When the housekeeping lady was asked for more regular coffee, she had mostly decaf: out of all of the packets that she had on her cart only one was caffeinated. The mobility closet design didn't allow for the hanging of full length clothes only wheel chair height. The closet should be half wheelchair height and half full length.
