Staff was professional but very rude

It was a great location because we were flying out of Love Field the next morning. It was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Staff was very friendly.

Ms. Nadia was very personable and engaging. She made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking, and the location was perfect for the activities we planned during our stay. And, there were a variety of breakfast items to choose from. I will stay at the location again if in the area.

My family of 6 stayed here for a soccer tournament. They stay was absolutely great! Hotel was very clean! Quiet! Breakfast was good and great variety of options!

My room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and the fresh ground coffee was great! Overall, 5 stars!

Decent breakfast, omelette and crispy bacon, yogurt, lots of bread and cereal options, juice and COFFEE. Room was great, large and clean, well supplied with towels, shampoo, etc.

The hotel was ok. The lobby was nice and so was the breakfast, but our room wasn’t the cleanest. There were white stains on the sofa and a huge cobweb on the ceiling. The surrounding area was a definitely sketchy. They had free coffee all day and night but they charged $4 for a bottle of water.
