I feel like i need to have a full panel STI test done just from walking onto the property, never seen anything as filthy and disgusting being presented as a hotel

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel Pretty much everything. The room wasn't clean, I feel like I was catfished by this hotel. So bad I literally left a day early not even arguing for a refund

The gentleman and Lady were nice and patient. The facility did not offer toiletries microwave TV working remote control AC completely infested of dirt and trash. Shower curtain hanging with two hooks. People from all walks of life running in and out of the facility speeding to the parking lot. Drugs guns it was horrible. Dallas Police in and out on a manhunt. Music blasting up until check out the next day. Please quote mi amor is not a family welcome facility do not bring any children to this facility. No one should go here unless you looking to hit the shy off of who knows what... The lady that is assigned to clean the rooms was spotted on the stairs with glass lighter and you know what we'll keep it PG...

Nothing I was charged twice on my debit card only stayed 1 night not even a full day stayed about 5hrs it was very disgusting a/c and the heater didn't work staff was horrible I wouldn't recommend any to stay here

Nothing' Nothing. Heater did not work and it was 30 degrees out. Tv had fuzzies and charged me five more dollars because I use my credit card.

After $100pay 2nights stay,they said no my name on system.They didn't reinbuse my money. It means they stole the money.

I guess they thrive on the low ratings, so I'll give them a high rating even though I lost everything by staying there. I guess I'll recover, eventually. The people who run it are nice, though, and probably feel bad about what I've suffered there. It was my choice to go there, though, so who can I blame but myself?

and I only refused to give a refund. They refused to fix all of the faulty accommodations with the with the room. I have pictures to prove everything this place needs to be shut down,that room that hotel needdown.
