Mint House Dallas Downtown by Kasa

The parking garage is underground and easily missed. The codes to get in are long and tedious. The multitude of elevators is cumbersome. Once in, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. The soap , lotion and shampoo/conditioner smell terrible.

The elevator situation gets a bit tricky if you aren't used to staying in a building like this one but the staff is super helpful and we had the hang of it in no time. The rooms are amazing and give you the feel of being in your own New York City apartment. You can't beat the views and having basically your own 2bed/2 bath apartment for the price of a hotel.

Wonderful place to stay, had great views and all directions with the virtual check in was extremely clear and well communicated! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Amazing views and great central location.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The nicest room I’ve ever stayed in and was super clean. They even have a washer and dryer to use along with a fully functional kitchenette. Only suggestion I would have is for them to include more signs on where to go to check in. You have to go up to the 48th floor to then take another elevator etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The virtual check-in was a breeze, the very detailed instructions were very helpful and got us right where we needed to be. The view was top notch! Nearby parks and restaurants offer convenient amenities within walking distance. This was one of the most unique stays we’ve ever had, and would definitely stay again!

This was a great stay, I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. It is peaceful and it’s a convenient walking commute to nearby restaurants if you are not driving.

Easy to find, comfortable and clean Location.

Parking was confusing in the beginning, but we figured it out. Everything is very "techy" so if you are not tech savvy, it's not for you! We had a corner room. It was a nice view, but smaller than expected. The lights and fan are motion sensitive. If it does not detect movement for a while, it will go off. That's fine until you're asleep and the fan goes off! We only stayed one night, and overall it was not a bad stay.
